"The most valuable gift you have to offer is yourself" The law of Authenticity (The Go-Giver)

Many a times I wonder what draws me to a particular product or service when there are a thousand others I could patronize and a trillion more options to choose from. Perhaps I am searching for a better service or perhaps I am just looking for a catchy phrase or interesting pitch on a product. With different experiences from different products and services it is clear it is not just the quality that attracts me any longer.
I just like every other customer out there has evolved from just buying to buying for the experience. Many a times people have little or no experience of what they are actually selling and that's a crook smell which most customers can smell far off. Most producers and sellers are more concerned with selling rather than what a customer wants or needs.
Being intuitive, emphatic and listening carefully to what a customer wants and desires is a huge chunk of authenticity. Being able to listen draws a large percentage of customers your way because we are all humans and the need to connect is real.
Getting to know them well and learning what they are all about, the reason they are there. This pulls more people in because they know you will listen, understand them and meet their needs to the best if your ability. People want that sense of understanding, not just every other sales man or real estate agent but someone who knows what and can relate to them at that moment.
A lot of people over sell a product so high one can smell the folly, the streak of authenticity and a customer can tell that. You definitely won't hear from them again. Gone are the days when customers don't know what they want, they do know. They simply need someone who will be able to guide them to it and give them the best. No point trying to over wash a product with so long talks or so mighty adjectives because they would know you are not being real and you just wanna sell. Real gives genuine and they know that.
So if you can't deliver don't make promises, be honest in your dealings and they will understand and believe me you scored a goal in their minds. It isn't just about selling, it isn't just about getting that house of the market you have to make sure they are engaged and carried along. No bogus terms , down to earth easy to follow and catchy conversations. Human and genuine not some corporate jargons they won't understand or never heard of.
Authenticity doesn't just give one customer but rather produces a large breed of customers coming back and not just alone but with family and friends because they know you'll be honest, real and understand them. No one will throw in their money just because you can spew a few corporate jargons or you have a nice accent unless they know you can be trusted.
Authenticity is that extra layer of cheese that makes it all taste better. Being consistent and accountable are another part to being authentic. Ability to continually provide good product and services will leave customers head over heels for you. They can count on the fact that you will always provide just the same quality if they are there or are getting your services virtually. An unbreakable trust circle of clients, a strong and loyal connection that always pays especially profit wise.
good article, one of the most annoying things at the time of buying are the false promises about a product quality that is a lie

You are absolutely on track with your writing friend, a book seller at one time was trying to advertise to me and when I questioned him about what the book was about he had no simple idea about the book which completely turned me off from buying the book.
