Organizations are constantly striving to have exceptional leaders on their payrolls, capable of mastering the worldwide globalization in which they find themselves immersed in the 21st century. Entrepreneurial leaders, able to embrace change and its effects and willing to educate staff, guiding them on the road to renewal.
However, with change comes a series of questions:

1.- Was it the best strategy to use?
2.- Will the path lead to success or, on the contrary, is failure imminent?
3.- Will it be the best option to lower costs, among others.

Each question that emerges is considered convenient, since they can be used as motivation to overcome obstacles and thus define the achievement of the objectives and goals set by the company in a successful way.
Of course, when talking about an efficient manager, competent for this century, he/she must satisfy certain questions, such as:

a.- How to become an efficient leader?
b.- How to achieve success as a manager?
c.- How to be a skillful and competent businessman?

It is logical to think that all these approaches are difficult to achieve in countries where the economy has passed the hyperinflation barrier; even more, with a global health problem framed in pandemic.
Nowadays, in the real world, one must be an innate manager. With the ability to solve the problems that arise, and in turn ensure that the company remains positioned in the market, ensuring a successful business in the supply vs. demand, with win-win negotiations.

However, a manager of the XXI century must be a natural leader who has the ability to keep his team united, promoting collaboration among them and towards him in all activities to be performed and also, at all times protect each member of his team, trying to consolidate the ideas that arise at the working tables.
In addition to all of the above, an efficient and capable leader must motivate his work team in a constant and permanent professional and personal growth. This means that he recognizes that his team is important, as much or more than he is, in the organization.

Likewise, he must have the characteristic of influencing the company to accept change and be an excellent manager when transformations occur in the organization that involve large investments of money and time, as well as accepting any error caused by the transformation, but acting with confidence in the presentation of solutions to the problems.

Until another opportunity, I bid you farewell @yonglerosales.

Well said. A manager must be a natural leader. I think most times nowadays x some managers picked in some companies is because of popularity and connection not because they truly deserve it
