In this busy city, no one is looking for anyone, everyone is like everyone else. At the end of the day, I think the people in this city are robots.The people of this city have had a bitter experience at first and I know why they are losing sympathy day by day.They have poisoned nature in such a way that it is very difficult to breathe well at the end of the day.
I woke up very early before going to work today because my body is not going well for a few days so I have mentally decided that from now on I will do physical exercise in the morning in the middle of nature.I woke up very early this morning and tried to get out before people got out on the street.
I think for a person to stay healthy, one should take the cold air in the morning and breathe the fresh air in nature through breathing.The road you are looking at is a bit far from my house and this road is so busy in the afternoon that it is very difficult to survive but today I went there very early in the morning and spent a lot of time there in a secluded environment and a lot time has flown by and my mind has become much lighter today.I think a person needs to walk in the morning to stay healthy and it works very well for the body in a mild and cool environment.
