The majority of people who have a picture of what to become in the future or maybe they are also directed to be what in the future. The description or direction of tastes that we call ideals. In fact, ideals are a thing or a picture
comes from the dream of someone who has the determination to make it happen. But in reality there are many people whose ideals have been set or even just copy other people.

There are many reasons behind their failure to achieve the dreams they aspire to. This failure can be built by several factors, both from within and outside themselves. However, factors that often prevent a person from reaching their goals, one of which is coercion from parents.

The way to educate parents in cases like this is authoritarian parenting or how to educate parents who form authoritarianism. In this way of educating, parents will feel confident that the choices they make for their children are always right. Thus, children do not show disobedience, they will not hesitate to make children obedient again even if they have to threaten or worse through violence.

Such parents often have high expectations of their children to the point where they ignore the wishes of their children. Often times they also start dictating their children to do something even want something. Like a child who orders his child to be good at science and mathematics so he can enter the medical department or order his child to become an engineer, pilot, or a civil servant.

Having authoritarian parents is certainly a scourge for some people. Some children may rebel in the face of the upbringing of their parents who seem to arrange so that they can live up to their principles and ideals. However, some others will surrender to the situation and accept the authoritarian way of educating their parents. Those who tend to surrender will give up on their freedom and ideals.

The rise of cases of parents who educate authoritatively have certainly caused many children to give up on their dreams in order to "make" their parents happy. This of course also has an impact on children. An authoritarian attitude that regulates many movements and
the desire of the child will have an impact on the child's psychological condition. What may happen is that they will tend to feel constrained and do not have the right to express opinions. This of course will make the child become a person who is not opinionated and look for other ways to vent his emotions in the wrong place. In addition, children will feel dissatisfied with their achievements which are the result of their parents' dictation. They may work hard to fulfill it, but they will feel empty because they have to give up something they want until they end up getting sick and tired of having to keep trying to fulfill their parents' expectations on their own.

In the end, things like authoritarian parenting and imposing will on both ideals and other things will only result in more negativity. Children may be able to fulfill their parents' aspirations, but that does not mean that they are also aspirations. Parents may be happy if their children can always obey them, but that does not mean that children will be happy too.
