Assalam_o_Alaikum !friends !how are you?I hope you will be fine and enjoying the blessings of Allah.Today we talk about the benefits of vitamins.It is very important for our body. We must have balanced diet.we must get them from fresh vegetables and fruits .We do not vitamins in the form of tablets.
Vitamins play an important role in the development Of our health .Health can not be Maintained on a diet Which Is merely sufficient For The Growth and repair of Our Body Only .Its needs more then that.The Deficiency of Certain Minerals Salt in Human Body causes deficiency Diseases.

The Fat Soluble Vitamins and "A"D"D" Vitamins .A is present in large quantity in code liver oil And In Small Amount In butter and Green Vegetables.Absence of this vitamin from the diet of young animal results in stunted growth.Its absence also weakens our power of resistance .Some times a deficiency in vitamin A produces a curious dry condition of the eye.A less severe deficiency Impaired the power of the vision in our light.

Vitamin "E" is also known as the anti sterility Vitamin.It is found in leaves and seedlings .It's deficiency affects adversely the reproductive system.That is why wheat-germ oil which is rich in vitamin "E".Different Food Articles Container Vitamins.For example Vitamin A is found in large quantity In Carrot ,Butter and Green Vegetables.Vitamin "D" is found in code liver oil .it is also found in small quantity in animals fats.Vitamin" E" is found in Common food stuffs,such as Leaves and seedings.The husk of wheet is also an important source of vitamin "E" Vitamin "B" is found in yeast.

I thought that What happens if there is a deficiency of vitamins ?Now the issue was how to find out what its disadvantages are. So i got some information To know the confirmed that certain diseases were entirely due to the absence of some essential ingredients of the food.The essential ingredients are known to be vitamins.

The Deficiency of Vitamin produces from certain ailments .Absence of Vitamin" A "from the diet reduces the natural resistance to invading organism .Its deficiency produces a curious dry Condition of the eye.Sometimes the vision is also likely to be impaired .The Deficiency of Vitamin A causes calcification of bones and is the cause of rickets.Vitamin C is found in lemon and oranges.

Vitamin E is necessary for fertility.Its absence is likely to result into sterility. The lack of vitamin "B"cause a strange disease called beriberi.Thus we see that the presence of all vitamin is necessary for the development and growth of brain and body.
