Hello friends Eid Mubarak
how are you all ,i hope everyone will be well and enjoy your life with the blessings of Allah.
This afternoon, I made up my mind to make something different that everyone would enjoy and everyone would happily eat this dish .so ,after much deliberation I decided that I would make a biryani and with it I'll just have made shami tikki and raita and salad.
I started making biryani around 12 o'clock which I will share with you ,how I made biryani .
and how everyone ate it and appreciated it.
- Ingredients for making biryani...
- Chicken 1kg
- Rice 1kg
- Onion 4 medium size
- jinger 1 table spoon
- Garlic 1 table spoon
- Tomato 4 medium size
- lemon 2 medium size
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Red chilli powder 3 tea spoon
- salt to taste
- biryani ma's ala
- Grem ma's ala 1 teaspoon
- crushed Mirch 2 tea spoon
- 0il 2 cup
Finely chop all the green spices like onion, tomato, ginger, garlic...
Green spices
First heat the oil in a pan and add the onion, When the color of the onion turns brown, add ginger and garlic. When the ginger and garlic are golden brown, add the tomatoes and cook until soft.
Once the tomatoes are soft, add turmeric, cinnamon, hot spices and biryani spices and fry it well with a little bit of yoghurt. Cook for a while. and if there is chicken, then one cup of water is enough.
When the color of the meat changes and all the spices are cooked, add a little water to the meat and cover it and cook for a while.
When the meat is cooked and the spices come out, let's turn off and put the cooked curry on one side.
Now wash the rice well and put water in it and keep it for two hours.
To boil rice, take water in a pot and add hot spices.
Add hot spices and salt and cover with water and cook till it boils....
When the rice is melted, turn it over in any chili and set it aside.Do not pour water on the rice as it will break the rice and make it hard.
You put the cooked chicken and rice together ,
and in return add one or two layers of rice and one curry.
And put yellow color and a little oil on them ,and put it on the tail...
After half an hour, open the tail and put chopped coriander, ginger, green chilli and raisins on it.
Put it on any plate or dish,and serve .This is the final look of biryani which I am sure you will like very much ,and will be very tasty and delicious in food too inshallah.
