Hello everyone how are you all i hope you all are fine and i am fine too.Today I went for a walk in my fields and there I saw very good looking sunflowers, there which I liked very much. I watched them for a long time .

As you can see in this picture how beautiful the flowers look and how beautiful they are. I watched them for a long time but as the sun went on they kept facing the sun as As the sun was changing its direction, these flowers were moving in the same spirit, hence the name sunflower flower.
As beautiful as these flowers are to look at, Allah Almighty has bestowed many benefits on them. When these flowers are formed, large black beads come out of them. These seeds are very beneficial for human beings. It is taken to different factories and the oil is extracted by squeezing it. This oil we use for food in our homes. It is mustard oil which we
