Kofta Biryani//// eid special Recipe

Dear friends, hello everyone, how are you? I hope everyone is well and happy Eid to all.
As you know, the goat Eid has just passed and everyone has sacrificial meat in their house, so I thought of making something today that will make everyone happy.
Because the sacrificial meat is not so pleasing to eat because it fills the heart to see more happiness and it also has a strange kind of smile that makes everyone shy away from eating it.
Thought there would be something special today that everyone would appreciate, so after much thought I thought of making kofta biryani

kofta biryani is delicious as it looks, it also tastes very good and delicious in food.
No one can live without eating after seeing it because it is very popular and if Allah has given it a special taste then there is no answer.
Everyone likes to eat it with raitaand salad if there is more improvement along with it, its taste increases even more and it gives a lot of pleasure to the food.
There are many ways to make it, everyone likes to make it to their liking, but I will tell you a very unique and easy way to make it, you can make your own biryani very good and everyone Can get compliments.
Ingredients:

  • Rice
  • Oil
  • Red chilli
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder
  • Biryani Ma's ala
  • Gram ma's ala

Green Spices:

  • Onion
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Tomato
  • Green coriander
  • Green chilli

    First take the qeema and make its meatballs and after frying it in a sister's ghee, fry it well and take it out.

    Then brown it with onion and add ginger and garlic paste when it becomes a little cook. Add tomatoes and cover with a little water and cook.
    When all the tomatoes are melted, add salt, red pepper, Mariani spices, hot spices and all the other Spices and add a little water and mix well.
    When oil comes out of the ma's ala , put fried kofta in it and add a little bit imli so that he becomes a good taste and his taste is doubled.
    After cooking for a while, turn off the heat and bring the water to a boil.

    Add cumin seeds and salt to the water and cook. When the water is full, add rice soaked for two hours and cover it. When the water boils, add rice and cook over medium heat. When the rice is melted and a new raw is left, take off the rice and store it in any pot. Put it in a pot.
    You take a big cauldron and put a layer of rice on top of it. And tell a dog to apply the curry that we prepared a while ago. And put a yellow rice on top of it and then put a link on the rice and put it on the dum.

    After keeping it on the tail for a while, its dum,
    Add lemon, green pepper, green coriander and raisins, After taking the grief, take it out in a dish and pass it on to your beloved family for eat.
