Our planet Earth is only a tiny part of the universe, and it is so far the only place where human beings can live.
What is a forest, more precisely - what does a forest mean to people? The forest is our wealth, it is a home for animals, birds, insects, it is the green outfit of our Earth (after all, where there is a forest, there is always clean air), it is also a pantry that generously gives people its gifts (mushrooms, berries, nuts, medicinal herbs ).
The common home for all of us is the Earth - a unique planet in the solar system and, possibly, the entire universe. The uniqueness of the Earth lies in the fact that there is life here.
Our Earth is a huge spaceship. Comparing the Earth with a spacecraft, it should be noted that both spacecraft and the Earth have a common issue of life support. We - the inhabitants of the Earth - usually do not pay attention to this. Man has gone from a hunter-gatherer to a producer. Perhaps, on this path, man's first achievement was his mastery of fire. From that moment on, the harmony of man and nature was violated, and man himself resolutely embarked on his own path of development and created civilization.
A person tries to create comfort for himself, but does not think that most of the resources that he uses will someday run out. It turns out that we primarily think only of ourselves, but do not try to think about what will remain for our children. We must not forget that we are all part of nature . Therefore, you should not make mistakes.
Human civilization has always damaged the environment of our planet . But before, people mostly lived in villages, and all the waste was organic. They naturally decomposed over time. But now at industrial enterprises substances and materials are created that do not undergo decomposition. This is primarily cellophane, plastic, glass. They are, of course, convenient to use, but practically do not decompose, and accumulate in huge quantities.
Plastic waste can be seen everywhere. Such "garbage" is especially destructive for water bodies, sea animals and birds. In addition to bottles and garbage, many chemical fertilizers and pesticides, harmful to fish and waterfowl, flow into water bodies from the fields. Also, many businesses pour their waste into rivers.
The smoke coming out of the chimneys of factories, transport, settles on the vegetation in the form of smog. All this leads to dangerous situations: acid rain is falling, air and soil are polluted. All this affects people's health. Every year the number of people suffering from manifestations of allergies, cardiovascular diseases, neuropsychiatric disorders increases.
Large tracts of wood are cut down for the manufacture of furniture and paper. This leads to a decrease in the production of oxygen by plants. With the deforestation, rare species of animals die out. The variety of plants is significantly reduced. In addition to all this, the destruction of the ozone layer occurs, which leads to catastrophic phenomena, that is, to a crisis in the environment .
In order to save the planet, everyone must take care of the state of the environment. To do this, it is necessary to plant trees as much as possible increasing the green belt on Earth. It is desirable that people give up cars and ride bicycles more often. We can save our blue planet, but first we need to start taking care of the surrounding nature.
