As soon as you hear the name, it makes your tongue water. There is no comparison with Dalpuri. Dalpuri is a delicious and very tasty food.
It is a favorite food of my family, big and small. I make dal puri as a light evening meal.
Many of us buy such fried dal puri from outside and eat it. But what we don't know is how healthy eating outside is for me. Outside fried foods are often fried in much oil over and over again, so is the food healthy?
Otherwise it does a lot of damage to our body. But we all eat these foods almost out of time.
But when we make this instant recipe at home, it is as healthy.
A guest in your home can actually make it very easy for you. And everyone is very fond of dal puri.
Everyone in my house likes it very much. I keep making dal puri in the tea room. My tea party doesn't go without dal puri.
Today I am sharing with you this instant dal puri recipe. Once made, you will see how easy this recipe is and how fun it is to eat.
And all the ingredients needed to make dal puri are always in our kitchen. Very few ingredients are needed to make pulses.
Below are the ingredients needed to make dal puri.
Material:
- Khesari pulses (You can take any other pulses if you want, but khesari pulses are more fun. I took 1 cup of pulses. Then I washed the pulses well and let the pulses boil with the same amount of water. When the branch is cooked, when the water is dry, it should be picked up and crushed.
I mixed 2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 tablespoons of oil
The amount of salt must be
6.2 large size onion should be chopped and fried
- Dried chillies (oilless chillies fried powder)
8 . One teaspoon of coriander leaves
One teaspoon of chaat masala
Soybean oil for frying
Preparation:
Take flour and add salt in it and one teaspoon of sugar in it. And 2 teaspoons of soybean oil should be given. Then you have to take the flour moth with light water. When the flour is well spread, cover it with a dry wet cloth for 20 minutes.
And then add the roasted onion, the amount of salt in the crushed dal, and the fried chilli powder as you eat it. And give the coriander leaves.
Then grind the branch well.
Then mix well again with the flour kept in the moth. Then cut the lentils into small pieces. Then take it round and round. Pull the lechigula around with your hands and stick it again with the pulp paste in the middle.
In this way, stick all the lentils inside with lentils. Then you have to take the sand lightly. Puri is a little thick so don't go too far and it will burst.
After burning. Put a little bit of sabin oil in a pot. When the oil is hot, lightly leave the burnt puri. You will see that the burns are floating in the oil and swollen. When it turns brown, take down the hot dal puri.
And then you can serve as you wish.
I made my own tomato sauce and tamarind coriander sauce. That's what I've served.
With it you can use different salads if you want.
