ASSALAM -O-ALAIKUM!

A lot of praises of ALLAH ALMIGHTY and of all his blessings. Man has to be thankful to Allah Almighty for all of his blessings in each and every condition. Thanks to ALLAH ALMIGHTY for giving us health, life, ethics, and a new day.
Last Sunday when I was hospitalized by my friend. He served me with a traditional dish of dry fruits of our village. The taste of all these fruits was very delicious. Serving these dishes is a traditional and cultural way of serving and hospitality of our region. This dish consists of dates, almonds, coconut, apple preserve, chickpeas, and chironji. It is not only our traditional dish but also a rich source of energy.

The first ingredient of the upper dish is dates. These are not only its part but also a rich source of glucose, fructose, and quick energy boost. These can provide us with mental health, body correctness, and also heart benefits. It has the power to the thirst and also to appetize our hunger. So it means that it is a complete meal for us. It is an essential part of our traditional dish with a lot of benefits. It also prevents us from various diseases like Alzheimer's. It also can easily be grown in our area.

Almonds are also a basic component of our traditional dish. Almonds are also beneficial for our physical and mental health. It is a rich source of vitamin E and the powerhouse of energy boosters. It can improve our mental health along with the strength of the bones. It also has many uses, such as improving our immunity, aiding in weight loss, and preventing inflammation. So, it almost not only a traditional part of the dish but also makes life healthy.

The third major ingredient of this cultural dish is coconut. It is not grown in our village. It is important from the parts like KPK and GILGIT BALTISTAN. Its physical appearance is also a great attraction. It is a combination of the inner white side and the outer brown side. It is also a rich source of energy fibers and lauric acid. It can also be used as an energy booster, previous from neuromisdamage disease. It also acts as medicine for weight loss. It also prevents us from high and low blood pressure. It can improve the health of our skin along with our hair. So, it is a complete diet that is beneficial for each and every part of our body.

Apple Preserve apparently looks yellow in this dish. It is one of the most basic and essential parts of this dish. Without this, our traditional dish is considered incomplete. It is a rich source of ingredients that have the power to increase our mental and physical health. More ever it has a lot of its uses. It is used in sweets, gifts, medicines, decorative foods, and as a traditional and cultural fact. As a consult to our body, it also has many benefits. It can increase our bone strength, joint fitness, and skin benefits.

Chickpeas are also a part of this traditional dish. These are rich sources of fiber, energy, and protein. It can improve our mental health and by decreasing the cholesterol level. Moreover, it can refresh our urinary system. In winter, it is used in high concentration in each house of our region. People considered it as healing from the cold winter season.

This is the last component of our traditional dish, but it also has a lot of benefits. It is also considered as dry almonds and named as sought in our village. It also has many benefits to your health, digestive system, mental health, and immunity. It is also used in Ayurvedic medicines. So complete source of energy booster and health components.

These all are the ingredients of our traditional dish. The village is known as due to this dish. All homes served the guests with this dish. It is not only a dish but also a complete diet for our body. It is also mostly used for breakfast in our village. I hope that you will also like it and try it at least once in your life.
