Drawing is My Hobby

Drawing is something I have always love for it. It’s one of my favorite things. I really enjoy it. I loved picking up a pencil and sketching something since childhood. This habit still resides well with me. For me drawing is like an escape. It’s a place I can express myself freely. I sketch using pencils, doing black and white as well as colorful art with colored pencils.

Drawing with pencils is something very special. Simple lines made with a black pencil slowly get the shape of face, trees or other patterns. The picture looks magical when it started to come to life. Conversely, when I use colored pencils I create a kind of painting out of my imagination with bright vivid colors. I love that each color has its own story and I bringing those stories to life in my work.

I draw about different subjects. Sometimes I capture the nature's beauty on paper. Sometimes, I draw different kind of objects or scenes from my imagination. When I draw in black and white, I find out how to concentrate on small details and shading. I explain how to show the vibrant beauty of life using colorful drawings.

^{On the Steemit platform I frequently participate in drawing and painting contests. They’re very exciting for me because I love working on these contests. It motivates me to learn more skills and sharing my work with others. I love being a part of these events and feelings proud when other people like my creations.}

Drawing is not just hobby for me. it makes me happy and calm. Whenever I'm feel stressed or tired I reach for my pencil and my paper. Drawing makes me feel calm and suddenly everything feels less difficult. Drawing makes me feel balanced and clear.

In other ways, this simple hobby has been useful. Not only can I now enjoy my passion, but as well as earn some income by sharing my drawings on Steemit. It motivates me to get better and to make more.

I’ve learned to be creative, patient and focused from my hobby. Everybody should have a hobby that will make them happy and fill their mind. Drawing with pencils and paper is special hobby of mine and one part of who I am.
