Hi friends who are blessed by Allah, I hope all are given health and long life and happiness in the world and in the hereafter amen.

Today I have an idea to take some parts of the picture with our picture display using my own cellphone in various ways to create content and share useful education for all my honorable friends who are glorified by Allah SWT.

Shopping for household needs to buy fish to cook can be a fun experience for the family at home.

Usually fish is good for frying, grilling, or making pepes. I see from the quality of the fish, also from the eyes must be clear and not cloudy The gills are fresh red, not gray or black. The smell is fresh sea or water, not a pungent fishy smell.

Buying fish at a cart is a practical alternative and is often more affordable. However, you still need to pay attention to the quality so that the fish you buy is fresh and suitable for consumption. I buy fish here and also help the fish seller drive to where we are.

When buying fish, don't forget to check the Freshness of the Fish Eyes. Make sure the fish's eyes are still clear.

  • The smell of fresh fish is usually like sea or river water, not a pungent fishy smell.
  • Gills: Fresh red, not gray or brown.
  • Skin: Not excessively slimy and no wounds or defects.
  • Texture: The meat feels chewy when pressed, not soft.

I buy freshwater fish wisely. The price of fish in the cart can often be negotiated compared to the market price. If possible, the fish seller is also one of my own relatives because I also help the family. With this, friends can also get fresh fish from the cart at a friendly price, God willing, the quality is also good.

Then I shopped at Wak Haji's place, a regular lontong shop, by helping a little of our money to buy at Wak Haji's place, I bought chilies, gantang, and tomatoes. I paid attention to the freshness and quality of the goods, they were also still fresh and of good quality for us to buy, my friend.

Ingredients I Bought from Wak Haji 😃

1. Chili

  • Red Chili: I chose the ones with smooth, shiny, and not wrinkled skin. Avoid chilies that are soft or have holes. If you want the chilies to last a long time, make sure they are dry before storing them in the refrigerator.

2. Buah Gantang

Buah gantang" is a fruit to be a vegetable with a round fruit slightly conical and yellowish brown in color and for its size it also looks big

3. Tomato

  • Red Tomato: I choose the one that is evenly red, has smooth skin, and is a little hard when I want to buy it, don't choose tomatoes that are too soft or have rotten spots.

conclusion

Shop in a small place first so that you can help a little bit of his efforts to become big in Wak Haji, buy in the morning to get fresh ingredients, bargain prices politely if you shop at a traditional market.
