Hello dear friends! Welcome to my post. How are you all? I hope you will be doing well by the grace of Almighty Allah. I'm also fine and enjoying my day. Today I'm here to participate in this amazing contest which is organized by @alfazmalek in this Hindwhale Community. The topic of this contest is about "A rapidly growing silent killer disease : Obesity". So let's start without any more delay of time.
Do you believe that prevention is better than cure? |

Yes, of course, I strongly believe that the prevention is better than cure because it saves us from a lot of damage, discomforts and problems. Imagine, you are riding a bike and don't wear a helmet by neglecting that preventive measure for road safety and unfortunately, you fell and injured yourself especially your head. Then, admit in the hospital to cure your fractures, injures, take a lot of pills, injections and waste your time and money.
But, on the other hand, in the same situation before riding a bike ensure your safety by having a helmet on your head and you fall on the road and remain safe from head injures. Then save your money and time by having a slight medications. So in results, from both of these situations we can easily understand that the prevention is far better than the cure as it helps us to avoid diseases, injuries and other health issues.
What kind of diseases or challenges we face in physical work can we face due to obesity? |

Here, I want to tell you that the obesity is the called the mother of diseases as different kinds of diseases produces in an obese person especially the diabetes, cancer, heart diseases, joint pain, skeletal issues and various kinds of mental diseases. Due to them, we can say that the life of an obese person can become miserable because of obesity is he can't move freely, can't eat his desired foods and other things.
Also, the obese persons remain in depression, confused and become lazy due to which they can't perform their activities of doing different tasks on daily basis. I think the obesity is more dangerous than we think as it increases the risks of heart attacks as the blood pressure remain high and cause the hypertension which leads towards the heart clutch.
What kind of foods should we adopt and avoid to stay away from obesity? |

Actually the diet has a great role in making a person obese and lean as well. This is because, the obesity is caused due to overacting especially taking those foods which contains a high level of fats, sugars and proteins etc. So it is very important to maintain a balanced and healthy diet to prevent obesity. Let's have a look at some of the foods which we should avoid and adopt avoid to stay away from obesity:
Foods to Adopt:
Try to eat fresh fruits and leafy vegetables especially like the spinach, apple berry, cucumber and carrots etc.
Try to eat the grains like oats, bread, pasta and quinone as they help us to decrease the appetite.
Also try to eat the foods which contains proteins like fish, chicken, eggs and beans etc.
Foods to Avoid:
We should avoid the fast foods and fried foods like, pizza, bergers, chips french fries etc.
We should stay away from the foods which contains a lot of sugars like sodas, cold drinks and candies etc.
Also stop the alcohol consumption and the foods which contains a lot of proteins and sugars.
What kind of sports and exercises can prevent obesity? |

I think, the sports and exercises are one of the best way to deal with the obesity because having a regular routine of engaging in sports and exercises help to burn the calories and build the muscle which reduces the weight. Also when we run in the field, a lot of sweat comes out of our body along with various harmful chemicals and salts. In this way, it improves the cardiac health and the blood pressure remain control. Let's have a look at the sports and exercises that can help to reduce obesity.
Sports:
- Playing cricket
- Hockey
- Football
- Badminton
- Cycling
Exercises:
- Running
- Weightlifting
- Yoga
- Pilates
- Climbing stairs
