How are you friends? Hope everyone is well and safe. By the grace of Allah and your prayers I am having a good day. I have a lot of fun on winter days and today I am here to participate in a food competition. For this, I would like to thank @jyoyi-thelight ma'am. To organize this competition for us every week and here we can present our daily food. So let's get started without further ado. Eat different types of food in the morning, noon and night. My dishes are very amazing and wonderful. I always make my meals in small quantities and it's so easy for all of us to enjoy together. Let's begin
Breakfast
I woke up in the morning and did some of my work. This food is very tasty and nutritious for me. Guava is loved by everyone. I like guava very much so I sometimes buy guava from market and shop.So me and my nun's son in law we all enjoy guava as morning food. Today morning food is very important and nutritious which gives our body a lot of fat by eating. So today I enjoyed very nice food in the morning.
Lunch
Today I ate bread for lunch. Bread is very beneficial for our health. And we think ourselves smartness by eating bread. That's because eating bread doesn't make you fat. And eating bread in the morning and at night is very beneficial for those who have diabetes in their body. I am more prepared to eat bread in the morning and at night to keep my health under control. So today in the morning I made roti along with fried cabbage. Roti usually doesn't taste good without any curry. So I don't make any kind of bets with bread
Afternoon meal
This afternoon I had a meal of desi chicken and rice. We have to eat rice at least twice a day. That is because rice is very nutritious in our body and we will not be able to move the baby properly. We include rice food at least twice a day in the food list. Rice contains sugars in it. It provides a lot of nutrients to our body and gives us a lot of energy to walk. So our rice diet is very necessary and important for our proper functioning. Today I have included rice in the afternoon meal list.
Night
At night, light food is usually eaten. My nun's son-in-law came to our house yesterday and bought some beans from the market. The large ones are as beautiful to look at as they are delicious to eat. So I enjoyed the plums very easily with my family. And in the evening we all started talking together. In fact, many people like to spend time with food. So I like to talk while I eat. Today I spent a lot of time with my food. And ate a lot.
