Greetings to all Steemian friends. I hope you are well by the grace of Allah, and I am also well, Alhamdulillah. Today I will participate in a nice contest in the Hindwhale Community titled "Food Dairy Game, week 22". Thanks to honourable admin @joyti-thelight for organizing a beautiful contest.

Food is an integral part of our life. We can't live without eating food, because it is through food intake that all the nutrients in our body are met. A person eats several times a day according to his needs. We Bangladeshis eat in the morning, noon, and night. Besides, we eat some fruits, masala food, etc., according to demand. Today I will share with you my daily food diary.

Morning Time

Winter weather is coming to Bangladesh. I woke up this morning to see a light fog and the weather is a bit cooler. Khichuri is one of my favourite cold-weather dishes. So before going to the office, I went to a restaurant I know to eat Khichuri. A lot of good quality khichuri is available there. My favorite with Khichuri is Eggplant Bharta. So instead of taking anything else, I took eggplant bharta with khichuri. The quality of the khichuri was good and I was satisfied.

If you don't have tea after breakfast, you feel like something is missing. My favourite is ginger tea. So I went to a shop and had ginger tea.

Lunch Time

We Bengalis have a saying that "Bengali with fish and rice". Fish and rice are my favorite. I like normal food more than fast food. Today I have lunch with white rice with kanchki fish and bean curry and jute greens. I like to eat cuttlefish, this fish has many benefits. Eating cuttlefish is rich in vitamin A and calcium, high in protein and good for digestion. Along with jute leaf, which has many benefits. A person needs to eat vegetables.

Lunch

Dinner Time

Today I had dinner, lunch was the same curry with cuttlefish, and new ed was fried gourd with potatoes. I always try to make the foods normal but healthy and beneficial. Although bitter gourd food is bitter, more or less everyone knows about its benefits. Frying it with potatoes does not take much bitterness, and the taste also increases. Which I usually eat.

Dinner

All in all, I would say that food is one of the life-saving ingredients. But the food should be eaten with understanding. I still like to eat normal foods. And try to eat nutritious foods like small fish, vegetables etc., which are beneficial for health.

Like you bro, I also like ginger tea very much. You are right that calcium rich foods help digestion a lot.
