Extracurricular activities are a great way for students to hunt their interest outside of the four walls of a classroom. They can help students develop new skills, make new company/friend, and gain exposures that they can use in subsequent times.
Extracurricular activities can range from music to sports, debate to robotics and everything I'm between. Some students find most extracurricular activities as a great way to ease stress and have fun, while others seem to see them as an avenue to discover career options to get caught up in the community.

And to this I disagree!

You are absolutely right, these can provide physical and mental benefits to children, allowing them to develop new useful skills for their future. That's right, there is a wide variety of activities but none is better than another, the best will be the one that best suits the tastes and abilities of each child. Blessings and success
