"Weekly Contest 09 || The Diary Game || The traditional marriage ceremony i attended."

INTRODUCTION

I greet you all my admirable steemians. Trust you're doing well. I'm the one by the right. Today, I'll be writing about how the marriage ceremony i attended yesterday was. I'm sure you'll enjoy the moment.

I have a very lovely uncle called jason. We were all surprised when he called up a family meeting, just to break the long awaited news, that he's getting married. Why the surprise? Because according to him, he didn't plan anything about marriage, so hearing that great news, we were all happy and waiting patiently for that day, which was yesterday. We all know the stress that comes with marriage, especially if your relatives is the one doing the marriage. Follow me let me show in details, how the whole preparation went.

Morning activities

The sun that came up this morning makes the whole day a great one. We woke up early with my cousins to make the compound neat and nice. There we are, cutting the grass, trimming the flowers and doing some necessary things to make the compound neat.

Afternoon activities

After doing some of those things in the morning, we were tired, so we decided to catch some fun. Together with my cousins, we went to the pool to take cool bath, then go back home to continue the preparation. To be honest, it was fun, because they don't stay in the state, so meeting them yesterday was such a great moment.

The traditional marriage ceremony was to start exactly 2pm prompt, but talking about Nigerian time, it can't work that way, lol. We started the marriage in the evening, and before leaving, my uncle was dressed with his traditional attire as usual. There he is.

This marriage was so so fun and enjoyable. We danced, we ate, we drink and we also receive lots of gifts from our guest. Guess what? I met a friend mine called ubong.

He is so handsome, calm and fun to be with. I couldn't let him go back to where he stays, he's with us right now. I'll release him next week, lol.

I'm sure you'll want to my uncle and his new wife. Here they are, don't mind the camera. He's so cool and very jovial. I love him.

After the marriage was over, we got home late. Though we were tired and weak, we still have to set fire and prepare the goat against today. I enjoyed every single moment. I'm really happy for him once again.
