Today I am writing about an interesting Steemit Engagement Challenge S13 - W2: which is all time my favourite topic "What is the most popular employment in your country ?." So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic.

There are many types of jobs available in my country, through which people earn their living. Nowadays, there is a lot of inclination among the youth towards working in ration shops and online delivery. Those who do not have any job or are doing part time job, these days people are using Swiggy, Uber car as their means of living. But this is not enough, only the needs of the person are fulfilled and the wishes of the person are not fulfilled, but I would still say that, yes is better than no.
Nowadays everything is becoming available online. Therefore, the level of shopkeeping in shops is decreasing considerably. Because people have got into the habit of purchasing goods while sitting at home. Ration Shop: People also build a small shop outside their house and keep groceries in it. Because it costs less and is similar to our everyday needs. That's why we easily find this ration shop in every street and locality.
Do you believe "AI" will help or create problems in the job market? |

AI will help us find and source jobs. It opens up potential avenues and makes people aware of what humans used to do. Nowadays that is done by computer. AI finds new ideas and new income potential job areas. But now due to computers working, people are facing the problem of unemployment.
AI provides us with both types of situations, unemployment as well as possible sources of income. But earlier, when there were no computers, there were separate departments for each work and people were appointed for each. But now a lot of work is done through computers, hence there is a shortage of employment.
How to reduce rising unemployment |

The government should take concrete steps to reduce the increasing unemployment. First of all, it is very important to eliminate corruption because due to corruption, qualified people with qualifications are unemployed and those who do not have qualifications but have money and recommendations are getting jobs. Due to which today educated people are forced to do jobs like delivery boy, security guard.
To reduce the increasing unemployment, the government should provide adequate means of employment and there should be an age limit for everyone and the taxes etc. imposed on some people who want to do business should also be reduced so that A common man should not be afraid of doing business.
