In life, carefulness in all we do is so important and can help prevent some future trouble not just in our health but also in our general lifestyle.
I strongly believe that prevention is better than cure; when we live a modified lifestyle of minding what we feed our body with, it keeps us away from sickness and diseases; when we mind the kind of friends and people we associate ourselves with, it saves us also from unnecessary dream too.
Some people believe getting to the point of treating a sickness before they can begin living a healthy lifestyle is wrong and not the solution because some sicknesses can't be cured but managed with medication and nobody enjoys that. These diseases or sicknesses would have been averted earlier by taking some preventive measures that would reduce the chances of getting sick.
When extra calories are stored in the body as fat, it results in obesity. This can be caused by stress, lifestyle, genetics, lack of physical activity, unhealthy eating and medical conditions, and obesity can cause some serious health problems such as stroke, health diseases, fatty liver, certain cancers and digestive problems. Obesity can lead a person to guilt and depression, less activity in the workplace because of their reduced endurance level to participate in any activity for a long time, and, most times facing discrimination making them avoid public places which are not good for such person because an obese person needs to needs to come out more to more some fat, staying at place worsen their situation.

Dieting plays a vital role in the case of obesity as unhealthy eating is one major cause of obesity. Foods to eat to avoid obesity include
Leafy vegetable increases feeling full, and better appetite management due to their thylakoid content; leafy greens contain fibre that keeps you satisfied and hydrated.
Fish With fish, you can also feel full and not overeat. Fish is loaded with healthy fats and high quantities of protein
Whole grains are high in fibre and also give that feeling of fullness, which is the aim of bringing down overeating. Whole grains like oats and brown rice help prevent weight and are rich in vitamins and minerals needed for overall health.
Nuts are also needed on daily meals to meet up with required micronutrients and promote good health nuts like cashews, almonds and walnuts.
Friuts help to maintain a moderate weight and should be added more to your daily diet.
While incorporating these healthy foods into our diet, some meals are to be avoided, like red meat, fried foods, alcohol, sugar drinks, foods high in salt and avoiding starving, but eat frequently in moderate portions to keep the metabolism active. Balance the food you eat and exercise with other activities like taking a walk for overall well-being.
Exercising helps in burning calories, which is the target in preventing obesity, and some exercises are good for this effect, including aerobic exercise that helps the heart beat faster and supply more oxygen to the working muscles.
