Hello lovely Steemit friends, I welcome you to my blog once again. Today I will be carrying you along my food diary. Which is one of the essential for humans to keep active throughout the day helping you to stay strong and healthy.

BREAKFAST

For breakfast, I made Akara(bean cake) as almost everyone in my home craved it this morning. So I made it work since it was an easy process for me and all I needed to prepare it was available. I was happy to make it for breakfast since it was a healthy choice high in protein for the building and repair of worn-out cells.
I prepared it with beans, pepper, and salt as it does not require many ingredients.

However, my preparation of breakfast was swift, it came out nice and tasty as you can see from the picture, and I was glad I came through for everyone at home's craving this morning because it feels satisfying when you eat what you craved for and ours this morning was Akara(beans cake).
However, it was taken alongside with bread and tea.

LUNCH

This is another important meal of the day that enables you to refuel to avoid mid-day crashes or starving before dinner. For lunch I prepared tomato stew, there was something new I tried on my stew which was adding curry leaves to it. I have always heard how delicious and nice the aroma it gives to stew so I decided to try it today and it turned out nice as said. After the stew, I boiled white rice which was served with the stew and fried chicken. Rice is a healthy choice of carbohydrate for midday to give the body the energy it needs to function.

DINNER

This is the last meal of the day before going to bed. I was still feeling full at dinner time because I had taken snacks earlier. So I needed something light to avoid being heavy or too full before going to bed to prevent digestive discomfort during sleep so I took cucumber for dinner ealier enough and stayed up for some hours for digestion before going to bed.
