I woke up this morning around 5 am. I wanted to read my books but it was as if my books were reading me because I was feeling sleepy and dazed from time to time. At some point I gave up and started sleeping. When it was 6 am I woke up again. This time around I decided to write an article that I'll post on my social media platforms.
So I went on and started doing the write up. When it was 7 am I was already done writing and started posting it.
When I was done, I prayed and stood up to start my day. I checked my class group and then noticed we were to have practicals by 11 am. I went on to brush, warm up my rice, took my bath, and also dressed up for school.
I ate and soon I noticed it was time already so I left for the practical class.
I got there to see that others had also arrived.
In the laboratory
The laboratory was already parked with people. I was able to find a seat and got settled down.
The lecturer soon came in and the practical began. She first went through all the instructions and theories about the topic. When she was done explaining, she started the practical aspect and we were divided into groups to carry out the practical.
By this time it was already afternoon. The practical that we worked on was to carry out vital signs on our client. The vital signs include; temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration.
We were given the materials to work with like a sphygmomanometer, stethoscope, thermometer etc.

We took turns to carry out the practical on ourselves and checked our blood pressures.
When the practical was over, we went to our lecture halls and had some class discussions before a lecturer came in and taught us.
The class was on psychology and centered on cognitive child development.
An hour into the class we were already tired and many people started dozing, I wasn't excluded though.
The lecturer soon noticed our tiredness and dismissed the class, we were happy and went home.
On getting to the hostel, we were told another lecturer was on her way coming to teach us , and so we were informed to return to class. We complained since many people had already gotten home. Some went back while some people like me didn't return to class, I was so tired and hungry. So I didn't have that energy to return to the class.
There was no food therefore I went ahead to start preparing what to cook. I planned on cooking beans and so I measured out the beans and started the selection.

After selecting, I poured it into a pot and started the cooking. I made sure to Cook till it was soft before I added my other ingredients.

Soon the food was ready and I ate and rested.
After a while I picked up my Violin and did a bit of practice.

I learned to play a new song and I was so happy to see I was making progress.
That was how I spent my day.
