Foodie day in rain.

Hello guys,
Hope you are all doing well.
Today I had a very good and best foodie day, It all started with early morning rain, after going through many hot , humid and sweat days, today climate welcomed me with a cool morning having gentle rain.

I woke up in the morning and saw the drizzling through the window and immediately went to the balcony to feel it and it was a pleasant scene and was very refreshing to watch many people like me enjoying the rain and climate standing and watching from there balcony and few elderly people taking tea with smile and having some relaxing mood. After seeing them I immediately told my friend that this day should be some special ,chill and need to make something hot and yummy to eat watching the rain. So after] searching everything in the Zomato we dropped the idea of ordering food from online and start to cook something byself.

So went through the rain to a near by vegetable stalls and bought some raw corn, although I have no experience in buying vegetable I tried my best to select few fresh vegetables and rush to my flat. We started day by roasting the corn in on the stove and few by boiling. We roasted the corn about 20 min and then we added lemon with mixed salt and mirchi powder. WOW that was so delicious with mixed flavours of sweet, salt and spicy , I liked the roasted corn but the boiled one doesn't appeared well despite that my friend ate all his share of corn and he even had my corn since I showed any interest in eating the boiled corn. Once we had the corn, that didn't make us eat breakfast anymore, but made us think what to prepare for lunch since my cook is not going to come today.

At around 11:30 am we decided to start making 'Mirchi Baggi' for lunch so as usually I went to the local vendor to buy the needed stuff to make baggi. Though we saw many times how people make Mirchi Baggi , but still lack the confidence in making. So for making something ,if anyone dont know the only place to land to find is 'Youtube', so did the same and we had gone many cooking videos and finally started to make by cutting each Mirchi into half and adding the flour and just put that in the flour. Although my friend was making on oneside, I couldn't able to resist myself to start eating by standing in the balcony enjoying the cool wind and rain, by keeping everything a side my friend also started eating beside me so it was like baggis are cooking on side and we are eating on the other side and this went so on till all the baggies got over, we were very excited those hot and crypsy Mirchi Baggies.

After having stomach full food we both slowly dropped into sleep and at around 9pm one of our office colleague made a call and took us both to dinner. We went in his to a hotel called 'Fouz'. We ordered Garlic Nun with tandoori chicken and prawns. We had shown full patiency in wating till the order was served. It tasted so delicious and each endded with pineaple Icecream and we returned back to the roo m at 11.40pm.
So here I am ending my day.
