Happy New year once again, I have always been a great preacher of celebration. I would proudly join the contest of the Hind Whale Community once again and the great subject of contention is an interesting one. I would be dropping my entry immediately.

Routines and Rituals Of New Year

There are lots of activities that occur on the new year eve, at my local home, we visit a church, thanking God for keeping us all up to the great day. The new year is a time of blessings and favor. We all visit the big cathedral, we pray and have sober reflection about the last year, a quiet time as we ponder over mistakes and success made. We take a period to evaluate and set goals for the new year.

Furthermore, at the 00:00 time mark, there was hilarious cheering and heavy roaring. Dance celebration and joyful praises went up as we all get so happy celebrating the new year. Greetings outside the cathedral and the cheering of the happy new year chant to everyone is seen all in the frenzy of the new year spirit.

Cultural Activities

The Cultural Activities basically in my city are organised choristers singing melodious songs. Our neighborhood has lots of them too. There is a righteous atmosphere and it is characterised by carol songs and lots of joyful songs.

Moreso, the atmosphere is always tense and saturated with the "delicious aroma" of assorted dishes, the sweetness of my city is just so inviting. The synergy in the goodness of recipe cooked by various families around the neighborhood, makes it so yummy.

It is a "feast bathe" as the sky gets saturated with all the good pleasured aroma. Food is plenty as friends and well wishers come visiting their loved ones around the hood. It is a nice cultural sight. It is one to be remembered, as the memories last through out the year, as there is always to reason to return home for the new year celebrations.

There is a great ecstacy of various delicacies of assorted food and drinks during this great celebration. There is always meat and chicken in surplus too. This new year refreshments was so exotic and special to me. My cousins and some of my close friends came home to my great celebration. There was great food and drinks for all. I was so happy to see all happy too while enjoying their meals.

However, there was plenty to drink too, good enough to go round for all. It was as though it was the feast of kings at my home. I could never forget the day in a hurry too. It was so interesting and memorable. I enjoyed my new year celebrations.

There was memories and friendship reunions too, as lots of my cousins which I had not seen in the course of the year came back and we shared great joy and memories together. I enjoyed the moment as it we reminded each other how we met and great stories behind our friendship, renewed our friendship vows and promised to be stronger as a family in the coming years ahead.

The good spirit of rejoicing and celebrating Al over the world on new year celebrations is really applaudable and it has an active or passive effect on positivity and success in the year. It would also go a long way to fostering peace and stability globally too. As we take this giant strides may joy, peace, and fruitfulness never depart from us too.
