Greetings!
Oh! Dear Rain, you have been so useful but to the other side, you have done and caused alot heartbreaks. Rain is very useful to man especially for his survival as man depends directly on farm produce and indirectly depends on rain to survive this life. Special thanks to @senehasa
Now the story,
23rd September was a gifted day by God, there was a rainfall that took a way a life of a very small boy who was crossing a little River to school around my area. I am from Nasarawa State, Akwanga and Akpata village.
The rainfall that day was very scary and while at work I was thinking so deep on the scary rainfall that day. My mind was not at rest because I was feeling like something must happen because of the heavy and scary rainfall.
While at work, the rain started but not too heavily. I was intending to go out for collections of cash from my customers but fortunate for me, I was able to stay back alittle to finish my work. After some minutes, the rainfall increased in velocity which I was so scared because the thunder strike and velocity of the rain was something else.
On my way home, I was informed of a sad news on how an 8 years old boy tries to cross the river to go to school but quite unfortunate for him, he was already at the middle of the small river when water was flowing from the upper side of the river as the rainfall increases so high.
The thunder strike was a terrible one, it stroke to the point of pulling down a tree instantly, this fallen tree is right at the back of my family house and this causes me worries. At this point, I could feel how unsafe we are in this world.
Thank you for reading to this point friends, I invite my friends to join the contest.@josepha @simonwigwe and @ishayachris

This story reflects two opposing sides of life: your luck in delaying going out during heavy rain, and the tragedy of the boy who fell victim to the torrential rain. This situation illustrates how weather can have very different impacts on each individual.
Hearing the news about the boy was heartbreaking. This tragedy reminds us of the importance of awareness of extreme weather conditions, especially for children who have to travel dangerously to school. Perhaps, this is also a call for society and related parties to ensure safer access to education, especially in disaster-prone areas.
Hopefully this story can be a lesson for many people to be more careful and sensitive to their surroundings, especially when bad weather strikes.
good luck

I am surprised why their parents sent that boy to school on a rainy day, especially via river. Rain is beautiful, but sometimes it hits people mercilessly.
Thank you for participating in the contest.

No! What happened was that, parents in the village thinks consumers can send children without fear.
