Hello friends, how are you all? So, let’s start today’s diary.

Like every day, after waking up in the morning, I went down to the kitchen area and saw that the kitchen was a mess because the maid didn’t come for cleaning yesterday, leaving the items scattered and the hall untidy.

I couldn’t stand seeing the mess, so I picked up the broom and cleaned the hall and kitchen. After that, I enjoyed a hot cup of kadha (herbal drink), completed my morning routine, and then had poha for breakfast.

After a while, all my roommates woke up one by one, got freshened up, and ready for the day. Since the dishes were dirty, we decided to eat out and went out for chole kulche. When we arrived, there was a huge crowd, so we waited for a while before finally enjoying a hearty meal of chole kulche and then headed back home.

Once home, I put my phone on charge. A little while later, I got a call from my younger brother. We talked for a bit, and then I told him, “Okay, I’m heading out to get either a blazer or a kurta for myself.” After saying that, I hung up and went down to the hall and asked Ajay to come along since he needed to shop too.

Ajay and I are attending our common friend Manoj’s wedding on December 2nd, so we needed to shop for it. We left the house at 4 PM to go shopping, where I found a blazer that looked really good on me, but it seemed a bit expensive.

So, we headed to another store where we found a great kurta. We tried it on and finally decided to get the kurta for the wedding.

When we returned home, our friends were waiting for us because it was Guru Nanak Jayanti, and we planned to visit the Gurudwara that evening. We took out our bikes and headed to the Gurudwara, which is about 2 km away from our home.

We parked our bikes, deposited our shoes and slippers at a designated spot, and joined the line to enter the Gurudwara. The queue was long, but we eventually made it inside, received blessings, and ate prasad before heading back home.

As we were leaving, we saw devotees lighting fireworks in celebration of Guru Nanak Jayanti. I stood for a while to watch the fireworks before heading home.

Once home, I caught up with some friends to check on how they were doing. They told me about their wedding preparations and mentioned that they had just harvested dragon fruits from their fields, which they had planted a few months ago.

I asked for a photo and saw that our farmer brothers are indeed doing great work for themselves and the country.

A bit later, I said goodbye, and since I had spent the entire day out and about, I felt tired and went to bed early.
