Hello everyone how are you all doing today do today is I will be sharing with you all my food Diarygame as you all know it's a good thing to eat good and healthy food as a human being and actually I learnt how to cook from my mom when i was still a child so here are the steps on how I prepared this delicious meal.
Firstly let me introduce to you all the name of the food I'm about to share with you it's called "OKRO SOUP" it's a Nigerian food and Okra is rich in vitamins A and C.
Okro
Vegetables
Crayfish
Maggie
Dried pepper
Dry fish
Red oil
Season
Skin meat
So that's all the ingredients that I use in the preparation of this food actually okro is not my favorite meal but I just decided to try new food and see how it goes.
Now first step is boiling water on the pot after some minutes when it starts boiling I now put my oil and then leave it for some minute before I then proceed in putting the dryfish .
Next thing I now add Maggie, pepper and crayfish I put all the ingredients then lastly I now put my okra then I still waited for some minutes before adding the vegetables and then mix it very well so that everything will be testing good.
So after I finished with the Cooking i now dish out for myself and eat which was really delicious and even my brother confess that the food was delicious so Okra is really a good source of vitamins and minerals which including vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin A, and folate I think I will add okra soup to my favorite meals 😋.
And I didn't even know that it also contains minerals like potassium, magnesium, and calcium that means I have gained all this in my body wow.
