Education is something very important for every individual. With education a person will be able to easily achieve success. Education aims to improve the quality of human resources and strengthen national identity, as well as encourage societal innovation. Education is a process in order to influence a person so that he can adapt as best as possible to the environment. Without a good education it will be difficult for someone to develop and achieve their desired goals. Education can also increase economic opportunities for both individuals and society. In an era that continues to develop, education is of course the main key to achieving success and realizing a bright future. Education is a basic need for every human being for a better future.
Skills are a person's ability to use ideas, thoughts and creativity to change or make something more meaningful. In facing today's increasingly sophisticated era of globalization, skills are needed to be able to compete in various aspects of life. Without adequate skills, it will certainly be difficult to obtain work and adequate income. Although we often see that without skills there are some people who achieve success. However, it cannot be denied that not only skills are an important part of achieving success in life. There is another thing that is no less important that everyone needs, namely education.
Sometimes a skill can be obtained from education, both formal and non-formal. A person's skills will develop further if they are honed well. Education can change the skills you have to make them better. So, in my personal opinion, skills and education cannot be separated. Both must go hand in hand in order to achieve success in life. Life skills are very important because they can help in facing life's challenges. With skills, someone can seize opportunities and achieve success. Life skills also help us develop self-confidence and mental wellbeing. In essence, skills are very important in life, but they must be accompanied by good formal education.
Education also plays an important role in shaping human future. Without adequate education, it is impossible for someone to achieve what they want in life. Especially in the era of increasingly sophisticated digital technology and with human education they will be able to compete in the world of work. The educational process never ends and will continue throughout life. Every individual will always develop themselves through education and will not stop. Education is not just about getting a degree and getting a job. But more than that, education must be able to change a person's attitude and character for the better. Politeness and good behavior are important parts that are expected from education.
