Welcome you all to Food Diary Game contest. Hope you all are healthy and having a great time on this wonderful platform.Today I'm going to show you what kind of food I added to my one-day meal menu last 22th octobr. I'm sharing picturfood-relatedfoods, and I'm going to share a recipe with you.

Before starting the contest I thank the organizer of this contest Admin @jyoti-thelight for organize a very beautiful food-related contest in this community every week and m also going to invite of my friends @shawlin , @mariami and @eliany to participate in this contest.


Morning time


Normally I try to eat bread vegetables and eggs most of the time at breakfast and also try to eat a fruit fruit so today there was banana as a fruit. I try to keep more vegetable foods in the morning than rich feet, so there were Papaya vegetables and cucumbe with bread.

If you can't drink a cup of tea after breakfast in the morning, the whole day is not good, so today I drank milk tea.IMG_5725.JPG


Lunch time


Wanted to eat a little more vegetable items this afternoon and fish was side by side with vegetables. So no meat items I added to my food menu today.That's because eating vegetable and fish is better for health than meat and I'm quite health conscious.


First as a vegetable was one of my favorite vegetables bitter gourd, and special for boys was shrimp curry.

Today I cooked a special curry that was shrimp and Pointed gourd curry with shrimp and coconut. And telling me how I made this Pointed gourd curry and what ingredients I used in it.


Pointed gourd250 gm
Potato1 big
Prawn100 gm
Green Chilli4-5 slice
Onion1 big
Ginger garlic paste1 tsp
Red Chili powder½ tsp
Coriander powdr¼ tsp
Turmeric powder¼ tsp
Coconut paste1 tbsp
Oil2 tbsp
Salt1 tsp
Coriander laveslittle
Green chilli3-4

First I will set the spices aside in a bowl which will contain ginger garlic paste, coconut paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder and salt as spices.

First, I will throw away the shells of the shrimp fish and wash them on one side and on the other hand, cut the potatoes and pointed gourds and peel it and wash them in a bowl.

Now add oil to a pan and add prawn and chopped onion to it and when it is light brown, I will pour the whole spice mixture and fry it a little fried with a little water, then when the spices are well grilled, then stir the potato potals again with the vegetable tables and mix well.

Then I will give you enough water until the potato , pointed gourds is cooked and this vegetable curry When the amount of water comes down I will turn off the stove with chopped green chillies and cilantro and today's special coconut batter pointed gourds Recipe with coconut paste is ready and will serve it for lunchtime.

My dinner time wasn't that special food, the todays were the white rice of the afternoon that I did fried rice with eggs, carrots and Long bean.

So on the dinner plate at night was Vegetable egg fried rice.
