Welcome to Food Diary Game Contest #74 all of you.Hope you all are having a great time on this wonderful platform.Going to show you what kind of food I added to my plate for breakfast last August 3rd. These morning foods were pretty mouthy and tasty and healthy.Also at this breakfast table in the morning I thoroughly enjoyed this miexed vegetable dish with bread.I want to thank and appreciate Adimin @jyoti-thelight for organizing such a moment contest before starting my food diary post.

Today I will show you a vegetable recipe. Usually in the morning we eat more Roti and bread is carbohydrate food.So if I add fiber to the same amount of vegetables i.e. fiber foods with these carbohydrates, then the combination of carbohydrates and fiber will create a very nice healthy food.
Those of us who are health conscious must try to eat less carbohydrates and more fiber and low-fat foods.
Such foods are very necessary for our body, especially from fiber we get both vitamins and minerals, which are very necessary for our body. Some amounts of vegetables may have allergies or other problems in particular diseases.Besides, there is no side effect on vegetables, which never does any harm to the body without our benefit. So we can add vegetable foods to our menu. There is no substitute for these foods to stay healthy.But can stay healthy, beautiful for longer and our immune system will also increase.
So today I have shared with you this mix vegetable recipe and all the ingredients I have used in this recipe are:
Vegetables Here Papaya,Snack gourd, Pointed gourd,Eggplant , Tomato, All Vegetables I took the same amount here.
Moreover, the spices that I needed were
Red Chili powder | 1 tsp |
---|---|
Turmeric powder | 1/4 tsp |
Ginger garlic paste | 2 tsp |
Garam Masala Powder | 1/4 tsp |
Cumin | ½ tsp |
Moong dal | 1/2 cup |
Pea nut | 1 tbsp |
Green Chilli | 4-5 slices. |
Onion | 4-5 |
Butter | 1 tsp |
Oil | 2 tbsp |
Salt | 1½ tsp |
Sugar | ¼ tsp |
Coriander leaves | a little |
First I'll roast the groundnuts a little and throw away the peels
Then I will cut the vegetables separately, keep the papayas separate here and keep the rest of the vegetables together
First, I'll put a little cumin in the pan, then grind it lightly brown with a chopped onion.I will make a mixture of pre-made spices with water and pour it into the onion.With green chillies and tomatoes, then when these spices are grilled a little better, I will add papaya and nuts, salt,Garam masala powder and half cook them well with a little water .
Then when I see that the water from this vegetable has dried up, I will give the rest of the vegetables and now grind the vegetable mixture well again and the same very well. Now I will take moong dal in another pan and roast it lightly.
At this stage, I will wash the mung beans well and pour them into the vegetable mixture. Now cook this whole mixture well with a mixture of vegetables and pulses.Five minutes of water coming out I'll turn off the gas stove because I'll keep this vegetable cook half cook so far.
A little more time is needed when I go to cook these in the morning, so I cooked this vegetable in advance half. So in the morning I will finish cooking only with fresh green chillies and cilantro.
Now at this stage in the vegetables I will cook the vegetables for five more minutes with a little sugar and cilantro . After 5 minutes I will chop the cilantro and serve it.
After cooking the vegetables, I will pour the vegetable into a serving bowl and serve it hot with a spoonful of butter
Since I made the vegetable for breakfast in the morning, I just halfcooked the vegetable the night before and in the morning only I cooked it for two to five minutes
And I served this vegetable with bread or paratha in the morning and it was so tasty to eat that I liked eating bread more with this one bowl of vegetables than fish and meat.
Hope you like this vegetable recipe of mine, you must try cooking vegetables like this, usually this vegetable is the best food item for those who are suffering from high blood pressure or who have high weight.

Very nice your cooking process you have half cooking first and complete the cooking next day morning to eat it is very nice to see your rule it is very helpful because I can also follow this process maybe it will be very useful for work because I get up in the morning and do all the work together. It's really hard and time consuming to make bread with vegetables but following your rule might save me a lot of time so I'll give it a try and thanks

Thank you for your opinion on my post.Although many people don't like to eat vegetables, in that case, if I cook the vegetables a little richer, it will really be better to eat than meat or other foods.
