If you meditate, how often do you do it and for how long? If you don’t, do you want to or do you think you can’t?

I like doing meditation a lot because I know what are the benefits of doing meditation. It is as important for inner soul as it is for the body. When I do meditation in Bhajans, I do it for about 15 to 20 minutes daily. But I have only one problem that sometimes it continues for a few months and sometimes there is a break in between.

I would always wish that there should never be a break and I should definitely do meditation for about an hour daily. It gives me peace, my mind gets relaxed. I become stress free and I am able to focus well on whatever work I want to do.

Do you prefer guided meditation or meditating on your own?

If someone tells us a subtle way to meditate, then it is better for us. Because those who are experts in it know how to make the meditation for how long, which type of aasans and yogas in guided meditation should be done . Gradually you get training and you become expert in that work but it is not easy for everyone to meditate under the supervision of a guide.

But if the case is otherwise and person is not getting benefits or not able to understand the case then a person can get disappointed and stop meditating. So I think that you should sit alone in a peaceful place and meditate and connect with God. This is also a good way to relieve yourself from stress and the best option to meditate yourself, then become your own guide.

Do you think meditation helps us? Explain.

I would like to tell everyone that we must include meditation in our daily routine. We may not want to but it is more important that we live a healthy life, play and laugh with our loved ones. In today's busy life, many things give us stress. If we do not release that stress, we will fall prey to diseases and become a burden on our own family.

If we do not want this to happen, then we must meditate. If we do not want to visit doctors and stay away from diseases, then we must include meditation in our daily routine. Meditation does not require a lot of time. Around 15 to 20 minutes of daily meditation is sufficient for a healthy life.

That's all for today's blog.

I invite : @jyoti-thelight @dove11 @kidi40 @msharif @radjasalman in this wonderful contest
