To be candid, I love what @senehasa is doing here. The three words given are benefial and non-beneficial to man. However, I would love to center my attention on HEART.
E = Eliminating force
A = Adaptive assister

Many people go through generational problems due to the conservation of demonic thoughts in their hearts. The Bible says: My people suffer because of lack of understanding. When you failed to comprehend the truths about certain problems, it begins to occupy certain spaces in the hearts. And instead of finding remedies to get rid of it, you're becoming more toxical in your expressionology. So the hearts is not just a physical helper for blood, it's a cleanser.
If you want to live long on earth. You start working on your hearts. You start cleaning your hearts regularly, to avoid conservation of demonic cultivation.
Lastly, I will say, the HEART is a golden city.
Everyone need an Heart. Be it spiritually, physically, psychologically and emotionally. Cleaning the hearts regularly makes the heart retain it beauty, making it golden.
In summary, the Heart is a reared space for cultivation of life-bounding activities.
