Oh yes, In these modern days, people can discuss with one another irrespective of distance. They can share information between one town and another, one state and another,even from one country and another. The process of sharing information is called communication. One of the major importance of communication skill is that it helps to educate members of the family and knowledge is being shared at the process.

• Can you provide an example of situation where"Communication Skill is the power"?
This is what I do on regular basis from Monday to Friday teaching my students. Teacher to student communication is the most powerful means because if the students get the wrong information or message they will believe and tend to live based on what was thought. The teacher is the sender while the students are the receiver.

• Some historical examples where"Communication Skill is the power"Led to significant change?
Historical example can be traced to politics especially during the process of election in which candidate deliver a manifestos a proposed program for a political aspirants this led to significant change because at this point people's mind are capture through the manifestos speech and sometimes after the aspirant has been voted or elected into power he will not fulfilled the promise made.
• How can One improve their communication skills?
Communication can be improved upon if the following are put into consideration while communicating.
✓ Be honest: Speak the Truth,as much as you can, with clarity and gentility.
✓ Be timely: make sure your important conversation are discussed at the appropriate time.
✓ Be flexible: Do not be too rigid in your communication.
✓ Accept mistakes: Learn to accept your mistakes during conversation rather than being defensive or violent.
✓ Be patient: Be a good listener and good communicator. Be calm while expressing yourself.
