Blood reaches every part of their body and oxygen perfusion occurs well in the tissues. Besides, playing for a long time also strengthens the lungs and heart. Therefore, children should be allowed to play as much as possible.

Yes, nowadays children do not have the same fitness as before. Nowadays children are lagging behind in studies and sports because they have got mobile phones in their hands. Whenever children are free, they sit with mobile phones and these days a lot of obscene activities are seen on mobile phones. So this is one reason for children to stay away from study and sports.

The second reason is that villages are gradually getting transformed into cities. In the fields that were there in the village, in the off season i.e. when farming was not done, the children played cricket or any other physical game. In the fields that were there in the village, in the off-season i.e. when there was no farming, the children used to play cricket or any physical game, but now a big building or factory is being built in those fields, due to which the children are not able to go even to play. The third reason is the imbalance of time between studies and sports. There are some children who like studies only, so they do not want to waste time playing physical games and there are some children who just want to play. According to me, online education is useful for children but there should be proper guidance and monitoring of parents in it. Nowadays, due to internet technology, everything has become easy and whatever is needed is available on the internet. If a child can understand well by watching graphics with good sound and video quality through the internet and is finding it easy to study, then it is absolutely good, but when the parents are under supervision and they suggest their child in the right direction. Give only then, otherwise obscenity has become common on the internet.

How does online education effect your children's mental and physical health ?

Children benefit a lot from online education but it does not mean that children do not suffer any harm from online education. If children get online education, they can understand the topic with better audio-video graphics, but when education remains online, there are more chances of children's concentration skills getting reduced. Therefore, I believe that if children are being given online education then they should be sent to play physical games with their friends at intervals i.e. every two hours. By doing this, the chances of children getting mobile psychosis are negligible.
