How are you all? Hope you all are food by the grace of Allah! Today I am going to share a recipe with you for #hindfoods contest season-2. We all love to eat chicken and my today's recipe is chicken biriyani. Hope you all will like my recipe. Let's start,

Necessary Ingredients List

Making Process


Step- I


I start with the chicken, I cut the chicken into small pieces. Clean the chicken pieces. Then add spices. Here is the list of different spices I use. After adding spices let it for 1-3 hours.

Then take 4 cups of rice. Here I use "Chinigura polao chal". You can use Bashmoti rice. Clean the rice with water. After washing the rice, keep it for some time in a container with a small hole to drain the water. Then add bay leaf, cardamom, and cinnamon. I have used 2 bay leaves and 4-5 cardamoms. When taking this photo I wrote my steemit user id, date, and community name on the paper and then took the photo to show that it was prepared specifically for the Hind Whale community.

I love to eat potato pieces in biriyani, So I took 2 big size potatoes. Peel the potatoes, wash them and fry them lightly on low heat. If the color of the potatoes is deep brown then it should not be fried.

Step-IV

Now take more oil in a frying pan. Leave the previously marinated chicken pieces in the oil. Then fry for 3-4 minutes and then add 2 cups of water. Now add the fried potatoes. You should check the salt amount in this step. Now cover with a lid to cook the potatoes and chicken. When the chicken and potatoes are cooked, remove them from the oven.

Step-V

Now again take a very small amount of oil in a frying pan. Then pour the drained rice into that pan. Fry it for a while on low heat. Then pour the pre-boiled hot water into the pan. Now add 1 tablespoon of powdered milk and 2 tablespoons of special biryani masala. You can also use raw milk if you want. It depends on you. Wait until the rice is cooked. Power your stove when cooked.

When the rice is cooked, remove half of the rice from the pan. Then pour the cooked chicken and potatoes into the pan. Finally, put the rice on the chicken. It will have three layers like a burger. Just like a burger has a patty between two buns, this biryani has chicken between two layers of rice.


Step- VII


This is the last step. Finally put 2 tbsp of ghee and some green chilies on top of the biryani, cover, and serve hot.
