Dear Diary,

Today is Friday our weekend. Today I woke up at 05 am because my nephew has an exam. My sister has gone home for vacation so today me and my sister will take him to school. His exam will start from 8 am but I reached him at the exam center about 20 minutes before. Then I make breakfast. For breakfast I make egg bread. I mixed egg and sugar together and dipped slices of bread in it and fried them in oil. This is one of the easiest and tastiest breakfast recipes.

At 10 am my nephew returned home after completing the exam. He said his test went well. Then I prepare tea for everyone in the house. Me and my nephew watch TV and drink tea. Although he doesn't drink tea regularly but is drinking tea today. He is a very quiet boy and loves to play football. I actually forget at the moment what I was watching on television that morning but we had a great time. I ate this biscuit today. My sister bought them for us before going to the village. After drinking tea we take short rest and eat biscuits.

Then I go to the kitchen to cook something. Today's lunch we will have very light items. I had eggplants at home which I cut and fried. This dish is my absolute favorite and kids love it too. It is a handy item to cook in less time.

In the afternoon I go out with the children. To eat some of their favorite foods. We go to a place near our house where many food vans are seen every afternoon. Going there we first go to a dosa stall. Kids don't like this dish but it's one of my favorite dishes. "Dosa' is a South Indian traditional dish that is now available in Bangladesh. They are accompanied by spicy vegetables, sour items and sweet items. A plate-dosa was priced at 70 BDT or around 3 Steem.

From there, I went to a Fuchka stall. Fuchka is our very favorite dish so we order two plates of Fuchka. Seven types of sours are served with Fuchka. Although I only tried two sours. Two plates of Fuchka cost BDT 50 per plate and a total of BDT 100 or 4.8 steem. The stalls are beautifully decorated. Fuchka sour is served in colorful containers that will attract your attention from afar.

Finally we come to our most favorite food item. We order two boxes of meatbox. Due to lack of time we bring meatbox parcel. Earlier every time I bought meatbox from here they delivered the parcel in a box. But this time there is something new in their work. Instead of paper boxes, they served meatboxes in clay pots. This is new to me but the most disappointing thing is that the fries have halved the quantity of food in this container and increased the price. Anyway it was delicious to eat. Each box meat cost 140 BDT or 6.3 Steem.

From there we return home tired enough. Take some rest at home. I have a class for newcomers as a co-host in "Steem for Bangladesh Community" but I could not attend it timely due to extreme busyness. Even more unfortunate is that even after I attended, I couldn't be there due to network issues. I was able to attend that class for 10 minutes. That's why I express my regret to @mostofajaman vai. I was also unable to attend the entertainment segment which is one of my favorite segments of the classes held for beginners. However, I hope to be able to attend the next class.
