How can extracurricular activities help children's physical and mental growth?

We all love freedom. So the children in our family are no exception. Children need extra activity for physical and mental growth.

Just as rest is an integral part of work for us, so is it for children. Although we identify ourselves as independent, are we really independent?

Besides, the children in our family are not independent at all. We continue to ban them. This can't be done, that can't be done, etc.

To be honest, every family wants their child to grow up properly. But we forget that we are unknowingly putting pressure on the children while thinking about their welfare.

For example, I would like to show everyone that it is possible to gain more knowledge by comparing the two families side by side.

This is a real example I will give now: In two families I know, there were two children of the same age. One is fierce from childhood, and the other is fierce but bound by family chains. The boy, bound by the chains of the family, turned into a mental patient by the time he became an adult. On the other hand, the child who moves freely is now independent.

That is, activities other than just textbooks play an important role in a child's physical and mental growth.

Do today's children like extracurricular activities, or are they forced to participate by their parents?

Yes, still, in most families, children sustain their activity under pressure. However, there has been a change in the current education curriculum in our country. That's why I think no family pressure will be on children anymore.

To be honest, we need to get out of our textbook mindset. Because the importance of creativity is immense. In fact, if the knowledge acquired from the textbook cannot be imparted to someone, then the knowledge acquired from the textbook is of no value.

So I would urge all the parents: let's not impose textbooks on children and make them creative. In this way, your child will be self-reliant in the future and will become an asset to the country.

Is extracurricular activity necessary for children?

Of course, extracurricular activities are required. You will notice that if you sit down to teach the child in your family with a textbook, you will feel annoyed with yourself. But when you show him a cartoon video, he will watch attentively.

Later, if you ask about the cartoon, he will be able to tell you exactly. That is, your child is interested in learning the cartoon video method. Therefore, the interests of children should always be prioritized for their bright future.

Again, some children do not like to do numbers at all. On the other hand, cricket runs can be remembered correctly. Well, then the child should be taught math that way.

The most important thing is that sports are very important for the intellectual development of children. That means you can provide your child with a suitable environment for sports where physical activity is required.

Which are the best extracurricular activities for today's children?

Given the current times, I would say that children have become addicted to advanced technological devices. That is why their intellectual development is running at a slow pace.

Keeping in mind the intellectual development of the children in our family, they should be more interested in sports. Children should be given a suitable environment for sports.

The physical and mental development of these children is possible only through such extracurricular activities. Moreover, we all know that physical exercise helps to keep our bodies healthy. There is no need to suddenly separate children from physical exercise through sports.
