This morning I started my day with a healthy breakfast, yes when I wake up I drink two glasses of water then have breakfast with snacks such as fruits, grains or just eat two eggs in the morning. And this morning my husband happened to buy a lot of quail eggs, so I boiled them for my family's breakfast.
I ate up to 10 quail eggs, these eggs are delicious eaten with chili sauce or added mayonnaise, it tastes even more delicious. Quail eggs contain a lot of protein just like chicken eggs, there are minerals, vitamins and also fat.

This afternoon I ate as usual, which is to provide our staple food which I cooked together into rice and there were additional side dishes, there were stir-fried long beans and tempeh and also fried tuna. A very simple lunch menu but rich in nutrition, there are carbohydrates in rice, protein and vitamins in fish, and there are also various vitamins in long beans and tempeh.

In the afternoon after being tired of activities, it's time to rest and a little tired and hungry. Even though I'm hungry I don't eat heavy food, just eat snacks and my stomach will be full again, I don't want my weight to increase. I've tried a healthy diet but it hasn't worked because it's not balanced with exercise, because there's not enough time for that. This afternoon I ate two pieces of sweet martabak with grated coconut and corn filling, wow it tastes sweet and very delicious.

Well, this is what I like the most, milk pudding. Tonight I ate milk pudding, it tasted very sweet, the texture was very soft, it melted in my mouth, the aroma was fragrant, especially when I ate it with strawberries which had a sweet and sour taste, giving a more perfect taste dynamic. This pudding is delicious to enjoy with a glass of tea or creamy coffee with the sensation of fragrant coffee and soft pudding becoming a delicious taste in my mouth.
