I am also fine by the grace of Allah.Today, I will participate in the new contest from Hindwhale Community brought by the Honorable Moderator @manisha.jain9. ✅If you meditate, how often do you do it and for how long? If you don’t, do you want to or do you think you can’t?

Before discussing about meditating let us see what we mean by meditation. Meditate is a practice that directs you to gather your scattered thoughts and resolve them again beautifully. It increases awareness of your surroundings to reduce human stress and mental and physical peace of the body. Especially useful for maintaining. There is no substitute for meditating to increase spiritual knowledge.

Now the question is how often do I meditate?
In answer to the question, I will say that I cannot always do what we mean by meditating traditionally. meditating by laying down a mat or something to remove all thoughts. It is often due to lack of time and sometimes I am away from meditating due to laziness.
But there are different types of meditates, and the rules of one are not very useful for another.
I think prayer is also a form of meditation. Through prayer, all the thoughts of the world are kept away and chanted to God. As a Muslim, I meditate by performing this prayer five times a day.
I see that by offering prayers, different joys are found in the mind and soul. The mind and soul become cheerful. Worldly worries are removed.

I believe chanting God is the greatest meditative to seek to approach him, to satisfy him, which I do five times a day. Apart from this, I also meditate occasionally on some other rules.

✅Do you prefer guided meditation or meditating on your own?

Since I mainly meditate through prayer, I know how to meditate. But there is no end to knowing knowledge, someone else may know the way to meditate better than me. If someone can show me a good way to meditate, I will definitely be happy. I must be Welcome him. Accept him as my guide or teacher.
My main purpose is to meditate. As much as I would prefer to do what I know myself, I would also gladly accept some better Jewish teaching.

    Thus Meditate helps us in many ways.

Almost everyone knows about meditation. They also know about its benefits, but many people do not meditate even after knowing. Why I don't want to do it is an unknown mystery. I will give a message to the people of the world about Meditate.

It is interesting to read in the way you explain meditation and what it means to you, you explain that meditation increases your faculty of consciousness thus making you able to release stress and mental and physical peace, it is interesting.
