This recipe is very popular bengali homemade dish in India and Bangladesh. Before one day i shared muri ghonta recipe with mukh dal and Rohu fish head.Today i will share muri ghonta recipe with lentils and Pangas fish head. I hope everyone will get unique taste from this muri ghonta recipe.Now i am sharing how to make delicious muri ghonta recipe with lentils and Pangas fish head.

Ingredients | Quantity |
Pangas fish head | 1 piece |
Lentils | 200 grams |
Onion | 1 piece |
Raw chilli | 8 pieces |
Cumin paste | 2 tablespoons |
Dry chilli paste | 2 tablespoons |
Garlic paste | 1 tablespoons |
Tumaric powder | 1 tablespoons |
Salt powder | 1.5 tablespoons |
Mustard oil | 8 tablespoons |
Water | as needed |
Bay leaves | 5 pieces |
Dry chilli powder | 1 tablespoons |
Garam masala powder | 1/2 tablespoons |
Directions
First of all I collected one piece of Pangas fish head and cut as needed and wash with fresh water.
I collected lentils, onion garlic chopping and dry chilli paste, cumin paste, garlic paste.
I admix 1/2 tablespoons tumaric powder and 1/2 tablespoons salt powder with pangas fish head and blend it well.
I admix 4 tablespoons mustard oil in pan and add Pangas fish head and fry it and pick up this frying Pangas fish from pan.
I admix 2 tablespoons mustard oil in pan and mix lentils and fry slightly and add water as needed and boil this lentils in pan.
I add fry Pangas fish and blend it well and add water as needed and boil ten minutes in pan and pick up this muri ghonta recipe from pan.
I add two tablespoons mustard oil in pan and add onion chopping,bay leaves and add all types of pastes in pan.
I blend it well and fry this masala paste and add muri ghonta recipe again in pan and boil eight minutes in pan and pick up this curry from pan.


In this process I make delicious healthy yummy Muri ghonta dish with lentils and Pangas fish head.

One day i made muri ghonta recipe with mukh dal and rui fish . I wrote this word in my post. This is new recipe. Actually it is muri ghonta recipe with pangas fish head and lentils.
