Marine mola fish | 150 grams |
Tumaric powder | 1 tablespoons |
Salt | 1.5 tablespoons |
Raw chilli | 7 pieces |
Onion | 2 pieces |
Cumin paste | 2 tablespoons |
Dry chilli paste | 2 tablespoons |
Garlic paste | 1 tablespoons |
Ginger paste | 1 tablespoons |
Water | as needed |
Dry chilli powder | 1/2 tablespoons |
Garam masala powder | 1/2 tablespoons |
Mustard oil | 6 tablespoons |
Preparation
I collected marine mola fish and remove mola fish shells and cut as needed.
I collected onion chopping,raw chilli chopping, cumin paste, ginger paste, garlic paste,dry chilli paste.
I collected four pieces of Patol and remove patol shells and did chopping.
Ingredients for fish fry
- Marine mola fish 150 grams
- Tumaric powder 1/2 tablespoons
- Salt powder 1/2 tablespoons
- Mustard oil 3 tablespoons
Directions
I add 1/2 tablespoons tumaric powder and 1/2 tablespoons salt powder with mola fish and blend it well
I add 3 tablespoons mustard oil in pan and heat it and mix mola fish in pan and fry it and pick up this frying mola fish from pan.
Ingredients of making this recipe
Frying mola fish 150 grams
Patol chopping 1 Cup
Mustard oil 3 tablespoons
Onion chopping 2 tablespoons
Water as needed
Cumin paste 2 tablespoons
Garlic paste 1 tablespoons
Ginger paste 1 tablespoons
Dry chilli paste 2 tablespoons
Garam masala powder 1/2 tablespoons
Garam masala powder 1/2 tablespoons
Directions
I add 3 tablespoons mustard oil in pan and add onion chopping and admix all types of pastes in pan.
I blend it well and fry slightly and mix patol chopping and fry slightly and mix 1/2 tablespoons tumaric powder and 1 tablespoons salt powder in pan.
I add water as needed and boil six minutes in pan and add frying Mola fish in pan and add dry chilli powder and mix garam masala powder and boil eight minutes in pan and pick this curry from pan.
Thus I made delicious healthy Patol puri roast recipe with mola fish and now this recipe is ready for serve.
