I welcome you all to my blog once again. It is another day of the week and I'm delighted to start it with this contest hosted here in this community by our dear friend @alfazmalek which talks about I'm true steemian on steemit.. Without further ado please let's go into the discussion of the day.

How did you join Steemit, when did you do it and why?

I joined the Steemit platform through a friend and a brother in the person of @josepha. He told me that there are platforms that pay or reward users when they write ✍️ articles. Initially, we started with another platform like Opera Mini before we moved to Steemit. He was using Opera Mini before he got to know about Steemit.

So he guided me through the registration process on the 2020-11-09 at exactly 11:27 I opened this very account I'm using here today. My aim and purpose of registering on the Steemit platform is firstly to earn money and secondly to learn.

Making more was the first aim but getting to the platform I noticed it is a reservoir of knowledge hence the learning intention stepped in immediately. I started learning and earning also I try to contribute the little knowledge I have as well to the growth of the platform.

What has changed in your life after joining Steemit?

A lot has changed in my life since I joined the Steemit platform. One of the most notable changes is in the way I speak and the way I write. The Steemit platform has taught me much when it comes to writing of articles and also speaking because overtime I have received a lot of corrections from the articles I write by people who are more learned than myself.

Also my presentation of any write ✍️ up is always looking good as well because I have learnt how to use markdown properly from the platform. More also, another thing that has changed in my life is that I have learnt how to make use of many tools such as pliagarism tools, AI tools and many more.

Finally, financially, my life has also changed. Today I pay my own bills without waiting for anyone to help me do that. This couldn't have been possible without the Steemit platform so I'm so delighted that I got to know the Steemit platform when I did.

What new steps will you take to strengthen your relationship with Steemit? (such as power-ups, increasing engagement, inviting new friends, or upgrading club status)

To increase my relationship with the Steemit platform, I think I can do all things possible to ensure that the Steemit platform moves to a greater height because it has helped to shape my life so well.

I'm always a fan of powering up my Steem token to grow my account and that is what has helped me to attain to the height I'm today. As a moderator, I also do my best to always drop meaningful comments on the post of others so that they can as well improve their write up.

Lastly, inviting new friends is also my major goal and I do this almost everytime I have the opportunity. I also intend to bring in all my workers to the platform with time. I have explained how the platform works to some of them and I have also encouraged them to make their own research.

What goal do you have on Steemit and what will you do to achieve this goal?

My goal on Steemit is to become a whale 🐋 someday. Steemit to me is a long time investment and the target is to continue this investment in such a way that if God gives me the grace, my children will come and continue growing the account from where I stopped.

Growing up wasn't very fun for me because my parents didn't have all the finances to give me a better life but I want to invest in Steemit such that when my kids start coming they will have a better life because of the amount of Steem Power I have accumulated at that time.

I know it is not something that can be gotten easily but I also know that it is very possible with dedication and consistency I'm sure I will get there sooner than expected.
