"[CONTEST] The Best post I read this week || Week- 03 || by @smartlouis"

in hive-179660 •  last year

Welcome to my blog friends

How has your day been? Is a very wonderful opportunity to participate in this contest for the first time, I have seen a contest like this in steemit before from my elder brother's phone when I haven't joined steemit. After the contest host brought the initiative out, he did his own post about it for better understanding because my brother and his old steemit friends like @richy20, @precious123, weren't fully understanding the contest.

Today am here to talk about the best post I read this week and this post is a steemian's engagement challenge entry in which she posted last week Friday. I thank @pea07 for organizing this contest.

Write about the post that you have selected as the best post of the week.

Like I said earlier I the post I will be talking about is a top steemian engagement challenge entry. The title of this post is Decide, Act and Release. It belongs to the steemian @patjewell, she's a very passionate writer and I enjoy reading her posts every week. Her post about forgiveness is a very wonderful one, she really answered all the questions asked by the contest host, correctly.

She defined forgiveness in more than two ways but I love this definition 👇

For me, forgiveness is not a sign of weakness, not admitting that you are wrong, and not a reason for giving in. Forgiveness to me means finding freedom. Finding that one thing that sets us free and makes us happy.

She's very right because once we forgive someone, out heart gets free and refreshed and once we are also forgiven as well, we feel delighted and free. This steemian also talked about how naughty she was when she was still a kid but her parents always forgive her in the end. Most of her mischievous acts made me laugh abd I really enjoyed her post.

Write about the author of the post.

Mrs. Patjewell is a very amazing steemian who tries her best to correct the mistake of others in this platform whenever she comes across few mistakes. She's a steem representative and currently a steem curator. This steemian has made lots of upcoming steemit leaders successful in steemit and they always appreciate her for her ideas and correction.

I can vividly remember how she told my elder brother @saintkelvin17 the reasons why he wasn't getting votes from steemit curators few months ago and he followed her instructions and began to get their votes again. This woman is a steemian we steemian's really need in this platform so that it can help in improving the growth of other users. This woman is also from South Africa and she's one of the admins in #steemforladies community.

Reason for selecting the post.

My reason for selecting this particular post is because is have alot of quality and is very informative, I learnt few things from this post and her definitions of forgiveness were very awesome. She further talked about how she likes Elon Musk because of his philosophy and not just because he's a South African. She said Elon Musk is a famous man who doesn't care what others say or think about him. Her post really taught me enough lessons.

What did you learn from this post?

There are few things I learnt from this post and they are;

  • Brief history of the author childhood.

  • Unique definitions of forgiveness.

  • How merciful our parents are.

  • Little philosophy of Elon Musk.

Would you recommend this post to other readers? Why or why not?

I will boldly recommend this post to other readers because is really a wonderful post where the author used her skills and experience in expressing herself concerning the contest theme of her post. This post contains lots of markdown styles I really admired alot so I have decided to begin to post like that because of how different it is. Thanks so much for reading.
