Greetings and blessings to all my chefs friends ❣️

I hope you all are well and in there lives today I am fine too alhudulliah,today I like to share my food diary game contest #58 week 7 hosting by @jyoti-thelight ,well food menu delicacies of the day decided by me according to the choice of my kids but make sure I would be healthy as well in summers due to hotness everyone like to consume light food that easily digestible and never left heavy on tommy,the cold drinks and water intake automatically increased because thirsty feeling.Any ways guys let's kick off my diary blog and share my glimpse of the main meals with little description.

My break fast ☕

Today's I made parathas with all purpose flour ony kids request they liked white colour bread , usually I made with whole wheat flour that slightly brown in colour,we took with tea and captured for my food diary.

Lunch time

At lunch time my daughter wanted to cook potatoes fries 🍟 by own so she peeled the potatoes and cut into fries shaped I opened stove for her she little bit afraid off hot oil so I poured in oil ,then became in golden brown strain out oil and sprinkles chat masala

She also meet oatmeal in which adding sugar and milk for me and spicy Korean noodles for lunch we all enjoy the delicious treat prepared by my daughter in lunch after that we took a small nab.

Evening time

I helped my kids in there home task that given from a school for summer vacations and also took lichis and chicken sandwich as a evening snacks .

Dinner time

For dinner I made chicken rice with potatoes , it's quickly done and yummy in taste.Due to carbohydrates, protein, potassium made it super healthy food .

First I add oil in a pan then add sliced union and whole spices then add chicken pieces and Ginger garlic paste and fried till nice aroma came out From chicken.Then add soaked Rice in it after adding power spices.

Add two glass of water enough for 1 kg rice add salt and covered the lid after 25 minutes it's was ready to eat so we all enjoyed in dinner and thankful to God for delicious treat.Now the main meals shared bye in my diary blog.
