Assalam o alikum friends I hope you all are doing well,I am also fine ,well guys today I here in community to share my participation post for engagement challenge season 19 in week 5 having topic about the social behavior's on gender equality why necessary, I am from Pakistan in my country still gender equality or rights never completely implements in society specially in rural area of my country had great negative perception and the shown and believed wrong image of islam in society well guys let's talk about in detail below .

What does gender equality entail, and what are the advantages?

Gender equality is that provides to the equal rights and responsibilities as well without gender distinguish and opportunities for all as the /she deserved, and ensure in society for both man and woman getting equal opportunities like in education,jobs, healthcare, and any where in society.Well in our society advantages and disadvantages excited by first I discuss about advnteges of gender equality given below.

Well Friends for Social Justice we need Gender equality infact it's promotes fairness ,and no one ignoring just because of there gender , unfortunately in Pakistan sons having more value and regards as compared to girl usually not equal treatment in society it's helps create a more justice and peace in country.

Well they got equal opportunities of job and education they both work together for Economic Growth of country and over all country become more established and independent and face the challenges and Strong financially position and increase human resources and fruitfull for country growth.

When man and woman working together it's increased Innovation and Creativity in different fields and By providing equal opportunities for men and women to participate in various fields, we get diversity and creativity in work.

Gender equality having great effects on common mans stander of living when both work and earning Reduced Poverty in home and from country by general ,empowering women reduce poverty and financial stability in society and automatically crime late down the qual opportunities for man and woman have they performed Political Stability in country as well.

Is gender equality crucial for all people, not just women?

Definitely!!! Gender equality is crucial for all not only just for women. It is about providing both men and women have equal rights, and treatment in all sector of lIfe for gender equality, we are ensure to get regardless benefits for a society where everyone. everyone by promoting fairness and social justice. It is a basic human right that society as a whole, not just one gender.

What are your thoughts on gender equality, specifically concerning the circumstances in your country?

Well friends it's globally social issue exist in all over the world,in Pakistan it's progressing well but still faced many challenges to women for job and education seeking.

In Pakistan, cultural and old mind set ia a big berries in the way of women they never like to women become independent and walk with the shoulder with man .However, there have been need for more steps taken, such as awareness in man's and women,s right organizations reforms to protect women's rights and representation in politics in general women actively playing role in government department as well but need more representation .

How to educate our children to understand this issue?

Educating children about gender equality is necessary crucial in there mind and thoughtful attitudes towards this issue. Well i.share some ways to educate children about gender equality:

By first we personally did and made role model for our kids because kids learn most of from there home and parents ,so treat equally with out gender difference behaved respectful by individuals .

Discussion about gender related topic in free time with kids and Encourage Open Conversations to ask questions to share their thoughts and feelings about gender roles.

Taught them the importance of emphasizing,the importance of respect others and be gentle and kind with others , Teach children to value and appreciate the unique qualities of individuals,.

As I said above kids observed in home the social behavior of parents and in future they also did like them so promote Equality at Home Involve children in household tasks like boys also cooking it's not embarrassing without assigning tasks based on gender. Divide that responsibilities equally among family members.

By adding these strategies into parenting we can help children develop a deeper understanding of gender equality's very well from.there home.
