Hello Everyone!!

I hope you all are good and doing well. Today I'm here to be a part of this amazing contest ""HWC contest #114: Food Diary Game - WEEK -36". I'm sharing my food diary of 24th January. I like this contest because many different cultural cuisine seen through this contest ,how different people eat meals a day.

Here is my food diary of 24th January

Breakfast

My day started with alhumdulilah morning pryers and I made pratha with eggs and tea for my husband and son. Due to busyness i can't capture those pictures. When they went to their college and university I cleaned my kitchen and made tea for myself and my daughter. I wanted to enjoy butter so i take buns with butter and hot tea. I love butter and no onw likes butter in my family so i bought this specially for me. It was morning party for me.

Lunch

Mixed vegetable with eggs

At lunch ,I didn't cook food, I have a lot of food leftover in fridge, so i take out it and served at lunch. Mixed vegetable that I made one day before was very tasty , I added beaten eggs in the vegetable that make it more healthy and tasty. My family like this recipe, o first time added eggs in vegetable and result would be good.

fried fish

I have maeinated fish in fridge, I fried it too for my husband and daughter. In my family husband loves fish while no one wants to eat it. Normally i marinated fish whenever my husband bought it from market and fried it according to need and demand.

lunch

Picture quality is not good but the food was very yummy.

Dinner

Today i made tandori chicken for for dinner. Its very simple, quick and delicious recipe. Here I'm sharing its recipe

Ingredients

Chicken 1kg
Chili powder 1tsp
Yougart 4tbsp
Turmericpowder 1/2tsp
Salt as required
Garlic ginger paste 1tbsp
Black pepper 1/2tsp
Lemon juice 1tbsp
Charcoal for smooke.
Food color orange 1/2tsp
Oil 4tbsp

Making

  • Just put spices in washed chicken and marinated for 2hrs

  • After 2hrs cook marinated chicken on low flame untill it soften . It takes 20-15 min then turn flame high and fry when oil separated from chicken it done.

  • Ignite Charcoal and put it in chicken and smoke it by covering lid.

  • It is ready to served

I made yougart sauce and salad with it. I used chicken wings for it. It was very delicious and served it with chapati.

After dinner I made tea for my husband and that was my last food activity of the day.

All are healthy meal except one.I really like especially the fish and raita.

Tandoori chicken is easy to make and very tasty to eat, and with naan, its taste is doubled delicious. Your food looks delicious, I am sure your family will enjoy your food.
