Today is 8th March, Women's Day, and for this a competition was organized by respected @jyoti-thelight, in which it was asked which woman we would like to remember on this occasion and why. But I have no hesitation in saying that it would not be appropriate to name any one woman on this occasion, because this world and this platform is a mine of influential, knowledgeable, and scholarly women.

At present, women are participating in every field like teaching, chef, army, sports, science, writing, research, medicine, agriculture, space research, pharmaceutical research and many more.

In today's world, while society has made great progress in terms of women's rights, expectations from women have also increased rapidly.

Most women are multitasking on the professional as well as personal and domestic fronts. Now the whole world has started accepting women more in the professional field, while at the same time, the world has also started demanding more from women in the professional field, while the expectations on the domestic front remain the same as before. In this regard, it would also be appropriate to say that professional women have to play roles of dual responsibilities.

Whether a woman is a housewife or working outside the home, whether she is a breadwinner or a home sever (both roles are equally valuable), one must be conscious about her physical and mental well-being. I really liked a thing written by a friend of mine. A mentally weak, or physically unwell woman cannot give birth to healthy children as the future generation for this society, nor can she raise them well.

While today's women seem to be able to balance work and domestic life beautifully, we must always remember that 'just because we look at it with a smile, it means that the cup of self-love, self-care and kindness towards women should remain full.' It is also important that we keep filling this cup again and again.

If we take the example of this steemit platform, I have seen that the participation of women is increasing day by day as compared to men, and articles on independent, unbiased, intelligent, factual, knowledgeable topics are being seen one after the other. Due to this intelligence, in just a few months, I have seen that the dominance of women is increasing on this platform. And it is a matter of great happiness because this platform is proving the way women's rights and their equality are discussed all over the world. I have seen that at present women dominate all communities, and they are working tirelessly to achieve this position.

Today women are organizing or participating in competitions on subjects which were earlier considered the monopoly of men, and they are also succeeding in them.

I heartily salute all the knowledgeable, learned, dedicated, hardworking, outspoken and fair women of this platform.
