How are you guys? I hope everyone is well and I am also well, Alhamdulillah. I have my whole week's food recipes and for that, I want to thank@jyoti-thelight ma'am. who is organizing such a beautiful contest event for us every week. So let's get started.
Chicken biryani and vegetables |

I woke up in the morning feeling very hungry so I thought I could complete my morning with some hearty and heavy meals food today I took some leftover chicken from the fridge from the previous day and made a chicken pola with rice as the amount did. It was amazing. The colour and smell were great and I have and lemon and green chillies with it I have that eating it with polao doubles the flavour of polenta and with that, I about some of the vegetables I had at home and made a vegetable recipe. It was much better to eat it with polenta.

Big fish are much tastier to eat and today I made a recipe for Rui fish with winter vegetables cauliflower. It was incomparable in taste and aroma and was a lot of fun to eat, but I added some potatoes to it.

I can eat it, so today I made cauliflower bhaji. I added green chillies, boiled them and fried them for about five minutes, and our cauliflower bhaji recipe was ready. This recipe will be much better served with hot rice or pulao.
Milk-soaked pitha |

Today on the evening snack, there was pitha soaked in milk. Here I made winter coconut puli pitha and some flat pitha mixed with milk. It tasted very good and it is much more fun to eat these pitha in winter.
Boiled sweet potatoes |

sweet potato, full of huge nutrients, we get it in large quantities in the market in winter. It tastes like a potato. However, this potato has a slightly sweet taste, so it is called a sweet potato. It contains a lot of potassium and protein, which is very beneficial for our body. This
sweet potato helps fill our stomachs a lot. Today I had this sweet potato with evening snack.

I always like to eat light food for dinner which is quick and helps in digestion. Today I had a thin dal with hot rice. Here I made dal with olives to give it a nice taste. But it felt so good to eat dal for dinner today.
Mashed potatoes and lemon |

Today there was another amazing dish for dinner and that was potato bharta. It is very good to make bharta with new potatoes. Fry it with onion and mustard oil and keep it well. It is very good in quantity. This alu should be boiled well and I like to eat this potato bharta with dal. And I had some lemon with it, so I kept that for dinner. It was a wonderful dish. The exquisite dishes were reserved for the night, both the stomach and the mind were full.
