Through this contest, we can present our food recipes every week. We prepare food items in different ways and spend every day. So let's present food recipes again today.

After waking up in the morning, my family and I like to eat some homemade food in the winter mornings. So this morning, there were some fresh brinjals at home. These were brought from our country house. I made a gola of gram flour with these brinjals. I will dip them in hot oil and fry them well. It is quite fun and pleasant in the with chaat masala sprinkled on top and we also want to enjoy such a satisfying meal from time to time, which is what I have reserved for breakfast today.

When food is sent to our country's homes, many vegetable-style foods are sent to families. One of them was banana peels. This breath is brought out from inside the banana tree. When the banana tree is damaged or the time for picking bananas from the banana tree is over, the banana tree is cut down and this banana peel is cut out from inside the cut banana tree, which is much more delicious and much fresher to eat. And this banana peel must be cut very thinly and there are a lot of sticky substances here which we have to shake off and wash and clean. Then we have to add a lot of onion and green chillies mix it with salt and turmeric and fry it well in oil. Many people can give chicken here if they want, but I cooked one without chicken here today. Still, I liked it a lot and if you have such a finished dish at noon, you can easily eat a plate of rice.

Also, at noon, I chopped tomatoes and cucumbers, then added a little onion and green chillies, and added a little salt and mustard oil to make a salad that helps digest the lunch meal a lot and is very tasty.

Today I have fried chickpeas for evening. I like eating chickpeas a lot, so I have been trying to make chickpeas for a while now. Here, the chickpeas have to be soaked in water overnight because chickpeas are very hard, so to make them soft, we need to soak them in water for a long time. Then we have to boil them well. Then we have to fry them well with onion and green chillies, along with salt and turmeric. Once fried, sprinkle raw onion, tomato, and cucumber on top and serve with green chillies finally sprinkle lemon on top, which is a wonderful dish and tastes much better, and more than that, it is much tastier and much healthier.
Milk semai |

Also, I had milk semai for evening today. I did not make laccha semai here. This is a special semai we get in Bangladesh. These semai should be fried well in oil or ghee first and then like the amount , they should be fried well again with sugar and milk for a while and boiled and then this delicious semai will be ready. It is amazing to eat and everyone eating it this afternoon.
Vegetable Khichuri |

For tonight's dinner I made khichuri again I had some chicken cooked at home and I tried to make food with that chicken and that's why I made khichuri. Here I added carrots, potatoes and some other vegetables to the khichuri which I had chopped into small pieces and served with the khichuri I served it with khichuri and it was much better to eat because the taste of vegetables here was amazing. I had a khichuri dinner and it was very good.
