Assalamu Alaikum how are you all my friends welcome all my friends to my new post and today I am here to participate in a food contest so first of all I want to thank @jyoti-thelight who organized such a nice food contest also I love it, When I prepare my meals can mention all the details of the preparation method and my whole day's meals. My contest is highly desirable but without wasting much time let's start.

MORNING TIME

A lot of curries were cooked for house guests the previous day and a variety of recipes were made at home so with eggs and lau I made a recipe that made a lot and survived so completed the breakfast today with that curry and This egg recipe with hot rice is very tasty and very nutritious for the body.

LANUCE TIME

As relatives came to our house yesterday and so much oil food and meat food was cooked so I thought I would cook some vegetables and fish for lunch today so I took out prawns from the fridge and I am ready to fry prawns today. I'm going to mention the whole roast recipe here but let's get started,

Here are the ingredients I will need to prepare my Prawn Fish Recipe

It is possible to prepare my recipe very easily with all these ingredients but now let's know its preparation method step by step

First, peel the prawns and wash them well

then chop the onion and green chillies finely ,

then put them on a clean fry pan and add chopped onions green chillies and bay leaves

I always avoid garlic when cooking prawns as the garlic flavour is not very good here. Then saute the onions and spices well for five to seven minutes,

then stir the prawns and spices well and cook for a little more time.

I completed my lunch with this shrimp fry and a vegetable recipe along with hot steamed rice.

AFTERNOON TIME

I had hot almonds for evening today as my husband was took almonds from Bazaar so I was not ready to eat anything else as all my family members are very enthusiastic about eating Bazaar almonds are rich in nutrients and eating almonds is good for our health. Two to three days a week is very necessary for our diet should include nuts all the calcium in nuts is in quantity so nuts are very important for us and brain development in children Plays a supporting role.

For dinner today I tried to keep something light so I made komur bhaji kumor bhaji has a lot of benefits and this rice pumpkin is very good to eat during the hot season also I made a recipe with jackfruit beechi and potal it is a very tasty recipe and this Give two recipes I finished dinner today, these recipes were very good and I enjoyed eating them.

CONCLUSION
